Stopped in today looking for several items.Never greeted once. Never once did an associate ask if we needed any help.We where clearly looking for something we couldn't find. We didnt find acouple things we where looking for. Cashier was rude and extremely unfriendly.And let's talk about the bathrooms.Mens was out of order and the womens should have been. Filthy is being kind. Fecal matter everywhere, paper towels everywhere. Bio-hazard.

New to the area, I shopped at Orscheln a few times before they switched and now shop here. Good store and friendly staff. Everything I would expect from TSC. One reviewer mentioned high prices, everything in a small town is higher. Even though Orscheln carried more ammo stuff and hunting stuff they were sky high.

This was a nice local store with a very good assortment of things. I said was because now it's going to be a Tractor Supply store so it will be just another big box. Still I love this kind of Country stores. The 3 stars is because the service was not very good nor friendly, hopefully that will change now that will be a big box.

Love this store has everything you need at a variety of prices. Helpful staff and absolutely love when they have ducks and chicks. I also love the livestock exchange on the weekends. Great store

We spend a lot of money here and the service continues to get worse. Tried to purchase a 40 dollar belt and it had a price tag on it showing $40 the cashier says there is no tag and says if I want to buy it I need to find one with a tag. So now not only do I have to pay for it but I have to do her job and go find a belt with a bar code on it for her? I’m at a loss I’m not going to do the work and purchase the item for them. So I do not suggest anyone spend money at this place. What a joke spend your money at a place that values it’s customers. They respond as if I will just come back, fix your customer service issues then maybe I will return...

This is a nice little country store where you can buy farm animal feed, dog and cat food, and all your 4H feed for whatever critter you are showing. They also have tack, shampoos, and other grooming items for your animals. I like the selection of clothing and boots they have. You can also get your hardware for projects you are working on. There is so much more in this one store. Check it out for yourself.

The Store is rebranded to Tractor Supply. The new store has reduced what is sold after the remodel. Gone is the hunting gear, from rifles, shotguns and pistols, gone are archery gear and anything which was part of the 2A. Gone are also many other items once sold. It still has farm & ranch items, food for farm and pets & clothing.

I primarily shop and purchase items that are farm related. We can all nick pick about something, but day in and week in, it's a good farm store. I feel that I get good service, prices and have continued to shop there since the store opened in Independence.

I have always loved my Orchelins store! I won't let one bad experience influence my shopping as long as I'm not treated this way again. It concerned a refund. The clerk was new very nice and friendly! But ...had to call a manager for the refund. It was a scissor jack in the original box never used in excellent condition WITH a receipt in the last week or so. You would have thought I stole it! He said at least twice he would have to put it back on my card. I asked even if I paid cash? "No you paid with a card see the number?". I said that is my rewards number see where it says cash? He finally approved my refund. I can't imagine if I did t have a PKG or no receipt. Well yes I can the customer right after me had a brand new not used hose but had taken the card off of it. Wrong sz had the receipt. He turned them down for a refund. I understand hating to loose a sale but think how many sales you could loose. I do have a pair of insoles wrong sz I need to return WITH receipt orig PKG. Waiting to see how it's handled when I go to return.I love your selection and your employees except this instance. Thinking you need to refine your return policy. I don't buy thinking I will need to return but it does happen on occasion. I believe you can check my record of purchase and returns.Thank youJanet Blurton

Called ahead to make sure they had what we wanted they assured us they did. We needed horse panels and kennel panels with doors. When we got there they had no cattle panelsand only 1 kennel panel with door ...plus the price was different on line than instore.

I love Orscheln's. However, yesterday, the cashier I had was the opposite of customer friendly. She began ringing me up with acknowledging me and gave the total and then walked away and began emptying a box (before accepting my cash-that was in my hand before she walked away). That was my first unpleasant Orscheln experience.

I am a 70 year old widow. There was no one available to help me get the item I needed. Finally the cashier called a young man over and we ended up walking all over the store trying to find it. Ultimately the cashier had to show him where it was. This seems to be an issue in this store. They don't know WHERE things are! I was searching for a common tool used to install fencing and he had no idea what I was talking about.

I like our local store. They are always kind and helpful. Pet friendly. My 120 lb Doberman went in there and did some shopping. Come out with a 10 count bag of calves hooves. He thought that was pretty cool.

They treat me like family when I go in. Also allowing me to have my dog with me in the store too! It's amazing how much they help me when I need it. I have been so impressed with them. I have no more things to say other then they are amazing.

They have everything I need for my critters. If they don't have an item they will order it. They also do rain checks on sale items that they run out of and call you when it arrives. Awesome customer service.

Always has everything I need in stock and they aren't constantly changing things and taking away products. You can expect to get what you need every time. On the customer service side of things, they have always had a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Called about an item to make sure it was in stock. I was assured they had several. Drove 45 miles to find out they did not have the item(it was advertised in their flyer) and was not able to get a rain check. I had made a special trip and was extremely disappointed.
