Always someone there to help. So much so you might feel watched, but that’s not it. These red vest employees are great at assisting you with locating what you need. Even when you say, “the bar thingy, that holds my screen shut”. Their knowledge is great. Someone knows a little something about everything in there, so help is encouraged. Very friendly, and they sell Stanley Cups in 03/2024. $40. Not bad at all.

I needed a 1.25" rubber plug that has been very difficult to find in Hutchinson for some reason.Yea!!!! they had it, three in fact. "My lucky day".I got them all with the help of the fella in back.The fella in front was pretty tired. So tired in fact he stayed up all night at his girlfriend's house, he just couldn't sleep it was like 80 degrees or something.He's used to it being 68 degrees with the air conditioner blowing in his face to sleep.So he was saying he might fall off the ladder???It was just moments before close.I hope he made it.

This store is better than south mains when it comes to helpfulness and friendliness. I love going to this store if I can get what I need there. Staff has been super helpful each and everytime I have needed assistance

Larry helped me buy a lawn mower and said if I needed any help to come back and gave me his schedule. Awesome customer service. He also put oil in the motor and a little gas and fired it up to make sure everything was working great. 😁

This place is usually pretty full of helpful people. Saturday I went in there about 20 minutes before they closed and was not very happy with the service. Too many kids working there that only look forward to leaving. Had to scavenge the store by myself until I found the plumbing parts I needed.

I like this store. It has alot of tools. Yard equipment and hand tools. It has lots of items!! People who work there always seem to try to be helpful when I go in. They had the hose I needed today when home depot didn't. Took a lot less time going through the store too!! I will try here 1st next time!

Westlake Ace Hardware is amazing! I especially want to brag on Larry, the Stihl repair technician. I had a warranty issue with a Stihl saw. We were paying for a dumpster by the day, so getting up and going was critical. Larry took the saw, processed our warranty and had everything fixed before noon.Amazing service. I highly recommend them for Stihl repairs and other small engine work.
