I absolutely love this store!! Andy was our cashier, was super friendly, and beyond helpful! She took time to correct an error on our rewards card and went the extra mile to make sure it would be corrected! She definitely is a shining example of Ace-the helpful place! Also a couple of other employees had politely asked if we needed help! Thank you for the top notch service!!!

I went in with a list, an employee asked if he could help me, I showed him the list and he showed me where I could find each item, best service I have ever received there, North Main. The young lady at the front register was very kind...I left the store minutes before closing and I didn't feel rushed at all... some businesses have someone unlocking the door which was locked before they were actually closed, always makes me feel like I was imposing.

They always have a great selection and it is small enough you can get in and out quickly. If you need help you will likely have to go to the register and ask for someone as the help is not generally roaming the aisles to assist people. I do appreciate that they are making a pretty good effort to accommodate social distancing and asking for face coverings.

It's pretty empty a little bit creepy but the stores that are open the people are nice I think they should let more venues in there like mine I'd really like to open a karaoke bar.

Stopped in to get one item. The young man working the cash register was very knowledgeable and fast. Another young man offered to carry my larger item out to my car. Would definitely recommend this place!

I moved to Hutch 7 months ago from San Diego. I was in need of a lawn mower repair. Westlake Ace hardware #8316 was recommended as having the best mower repair person. When I went in Larry had my mower repaired before I could even finish telling him the problem. Quickly pulled the air filter and spark plug I needed and even explained how to put my mower back together in laymen's terms. I was able to reassemble my mower quickly and easily and get my yard mowed. He's my hero. He made this repair quick and very easy for this 65 yr. old relocated senior citizen. He's a real find I highly recommend him for any and all lawn mower issues.Thanks Larry, you're the best!

If you need appliance help or installation knowledge then Matthew B is “the man”. He was extremely knowledgeable and saved our weekend! Tate B was super friendly at checkout. This was a much better experience than the Depot.

I'm a farmer and have a lot of different kinds of equipment. Breakdowns are often and usually on a weekend when everyone else is closed. My latest repair was 2 broken bolts on a swather and of course they were not a regular bolt. They were metric and an odd size and Westlake had them in stock! Not just one choice, but several choices in different grades. I'm sure they do not sell a high volume of these bolts but keep them in stock!!! I couldn't find these bolts at any of the big box stores because they don't sell a gazillion of them!! I and everyone else need to remember this and support our Westlake stores as much as possible. They are a true hardware store!!!

I was having my privacy fence replaced and needed a 'tie down' set so my dogs could go outside but still be restrained. As usual, Westlake had exactly what I needed and at an affordable price.

I want to go get a key made today and I went to Walmart and I asked the lady cuz she make this key for me she was working in the key department but she didn't know how to run the machine said she didn't know how to do it so I wonder why she was working in that department so to me that has to be management so I went to Lowe's to get a key made and they said they don't make keys for vehicles below 2000 cuz it was too old so I said okay so I went to Westlake and ask him if he can make a key for me and he said sure So if you're looking for something that's old that's new or things that other places don't have 99% of the time Westlake will have whatever you need and if not I guarantee they can probably get it for you so please take your time and go visit Westlake it was a nice place little crowded in there in the store but the service was good and the workers were nice so please go visit one today
