They are always so friendly and super fast. If you utilize their rewards program and coupons you can get really really really good deals and free stuff all the time. All the managers are so helpful and friendly.

Rude staff. Went in for two things because I don't shop here often. One of the things was placed in the wrong area so the price that I thought it was was incorrect. I told the cashier who called over the manager. I told the manager of the price on the register was accurate I didn't want the item anymore but I would show her where it was placed so if it was placed incorrectly it couls be changed. She walked with me to the area and pointed that it was the incorrect item like I was arguing and she continued to talk down to me saying that it wasn't the right price and I "wasn't going to get it for that" I replied that I already had the cashier void the transaction because I didnt want that item since it was in the wrong spot and wasn't going to pay that price. I had another item but told the cashier I'd be happy to put it back but I wasn't going to purchase that item either. Wasn't going to give money to a business with managers that act like this. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a retail store. I won't be shopping here anytime soon.

I have been waiting for 5 days to get medications prescribed for my mother after discharge from the hospital. I have contacted the pharmacy twice. Both times, my call was answered by a tech, I assume, that must hate her job. She was rude from the first word out of her mouth, unwilling to help, sarcastic. I would be embarrassed if I was Walgreen's and employed such a deplorable person with no customer service skills or compassion for others. I will never give them my business again.

Walmart has better customer service than this place. Which is crazy, because Walgreens is stereotyped to be better than Walmart. When I asked for help, they were so lazy and rude about it. I definitely will not be coming back.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that the pharmacy drive thru is this slow. Too many moments of sitting for 20 to 30 minutes waiting to get to the window. The service needs to be better. If they are shorthanded then someone needs to get them more help.

Walgreens is my go-to spot it has the best people to work there and the best service and if I can't find it they usually tell me if they've got it or not. I can quickly go in and out whether not having to wait. But like all other places when they get busy they do get slow.

I recieved an automated text message around 9 am yesterday, saying my prescriptions were ready. I recieved a similar phone call and voicemail around the same time this morning. I pull up at ~11:40 am, two cars back in the pharmacy drive-thru. When I get to the window, they tell me that my prescriptions aren't ready and that it'll be another 10-15 minutes. Why am I getting phone calls and voicemails and text messages saying my prescriptions are ready, only to be told they aren't? Feels less like a service and more of a nuisance.

Was buying some stuff a few rude older lady come over started yelling at me and the gentleman and his wife behind me told me I couldn't buy certain things in the store after it was already on my card and in the bag and made the poor young checker cancel my order and rerang everything back up and the gentleman behind me said I don't need your stuff if your gonna treat people like this she said why are you here then. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. women was very rude.

Called to ask about my Covid test and the lady hung up on me and was very rude. Told me my test would be ready within 2 hours….it’s been 12 now and I am still waiting to let my job know if I can work or not.

Fast delivery with Door Dash. It's great to be able to get a red bull delivered. Also getting medicine delivered in an average of 20 minutes is nice when needed. It's awesome that they sell Fudge Covered Oreo's.

Staff are courteous and helpful but it shouldn't take 30+ min to drop off a RX through the drive thru. It would be nice if more staff were available to avoid wait times like this.

Not even a month ago I bought a pair of crutches that costed over $50, the cashier didn't inform me that they could be rented. I didn't even know that they could be until my dad told me after I got them. I ended up losing the receipt for them, and apparently their you need the receipt to return anything, very inconvenient for costumers. Now I am stuck with a pair of crutches I don't even need anymore.

Photo Dept staff rude! Tore one of my packages open, then opened the other one then threw them all in a bag all still open.....after interrogating me about who took the photos. Never experienced that before at a walgreens, this lady was so rude!!!
