Got me in quick . Got me out quick. Did exactly as they said they would. What I was most impressed with was the customer service. I was able to witness 3 customer interactions where they were up front with customer on work needed BEFORE the did it. A phone call where they told a customer a quote they got on tiers from another place was cheaper than they could buy them and they should go get that deal right now. A+ Amazing. So so impressed

Tom & Dan's have always been great to me. I called because I had a lot of noise in the front end of my wife's car. Derrick told me to bring it up without question. Let me know in a timely manner that I needed wheel bearings. They ordered the parts and had me finished by the next day before lunch. Will always bring my vehicles to them before anyone else.

My.wife and I were in town to look.at a truck to purchase for our 16 year old's first vehicle. Being from out of town (over three hours away), we didn't know any reputable car shops. Since we didn't want to buy a vehicle that wasn't safe, we wanted to have an expert look it over. We googled and found Tom and Dan's tire shop was just up the street. The staff there was so friendly and were happy to help us out.They found an opening in their schedule and worked in some time to not only look the vehicle over and give us repair recommendations, they also changed the oil for us. We left the shop confident we had found a dependable vehicle for our son and we wished we lived closer because this shop would have just earned our business. We highly recommend this shop and would absolutely tell everyone to get their service work done here. Thank you Tom and Dan for welcominging us and making us feel like valued customers.

Got a flat on my trailer had to spend the night.....lady at the desk of my hotel (Ashley) recommended this place. Called them in the morning, They ordered me 2 tires in and got them the same day and even stayed late to get me back on the road home....thank you much appreciated....

I picked a day these guys were swamped and just before COB to boot. So I started taking my tire off by their shop, and they let me borrow a couple tools and I had them patch me up. Really nice people, generous, and these are the kind of people I wish I could see more of in this dark world, honestly. Service is second to none, very helpful!

Used to get oil changed here regularly..... have spoken to a very good mechanic recently, and he told me to give this shop a break. I guess road noise is the hardest thing to diagnose. It was an obvious suspension noise and was told it was engine mounts.... I did figure out myself, though. To avoid just changing more parts for nothing.

We bought a REBUILT TITLE vehicle that needed immediate tire attention — but with 265 40R 22’s we were up against higher $$$ limited availability options from local to Wichita. There was only one place in Wichita and HERE that could get me tires same day Friday. So glad we chose T & D’s! Didn’t try to over sell choosing generic brand, I still feel we got a good tire for best price. THANKS for explain things so my 18 yr old son on his first ever tire purchase!

Great family owned business. My grandmother is now on her own, so we wanted to make sure her car was taking care of before we left. According to the dealership, she needed to do an oil change immediately. So we went to Tom and Dan's, where the wonderful young lady was very open and honest, saying it would be better to bring our own oil to make the oil change more affordable. After we brought our oil, they checked the miles on the car and oil, letting us know there was no need for a change. No charge, since nothing was done. They could have easily just changed the oil and charged my grandmother, but instead were open, honest, and took care of her. Just based on this, I recommend these folks.

Great customer service. I was driving through and needed an oil change they got me right in and treated me like I was a local and family. Veteran owned. Family run. Spacious waiting area. Picnic table outside as well. Very friendly from the front office to the back garage area. They even gave my dog some treats. 🐕

So I went to see why my engine light came back on after I had just had my car "fixed" by them a week before. I was hearing grinding noises so I took it back. They ran another diagnostic test on my car and looked at the brakes. After all was said and done they quoted me a price that would have been around $1000 to fix everything. Funny how the diagnostic test didn't reveal all that before. After I left my car sounded worse than when I arrived. It was loud and embarrassing. I turned right back around and asked them to fix whatever it was that they did to make it sound that way. They didn't. I went and got a second opinion. Not only did I not need brake pads and a rotors for all 4 tires, but my front brakes were brand new and I only needed one pad and 2 rotors for the back tires. Oh $400 dollar for that quote. Then I was told I needed 6 new spark plugs and 5 coils totaling $643. I went to the other company and everything came to a staggering...$240. My car is perfect now. I really liked these people. They seem to busy or under staffed there is always a long wait like a week or so. I took my truck in to trade with a small town business. I am new to this area. My first few times with my oil change seemed to be good but tried to do more business with them and the waits were very long plus I bought some tire from them and asked them to check my brakes while they were putting my tires on and they said my brakes were good. I went on a road trip and came home hearing the metal to metal on my rotors took it to another place because they couldn't get to it again. They had to replace my rotors which was expensive. Plus I had my oil changed at another place because they couldn't get to that either and the air filter looked like it hasn't been checked in a long time but was getting everything was good from them. So I question the quality and throughness of the techs. Plus talking to them on the phone they can be clueless or rude never know what to expect. I don't usually write reviews but I felt this was a better way than talking to them and nothing being done. I will take my business else where and don't plan on trading with them again.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle maintenance

So impressed!! I went in for a tire rotation today. They were super busy, which is what I expect with this kind of service AND the wait was worth it. My tires are not wearing evenly, as he took me back to the shop & showed me personally. At no time did I feel I was being taken advantage of for being a woman who does not know much, at all, about tires or vehicles in general. He continued to explain & show why I need the alignment. So thankful to find someone so Very trustworthy! 10 ⭐'s!!
