We ate a great lunch next door at the Dutch Kitchen Restaurant, then strolled inside this incredible giant greenhouse and gift shops. We have visited nurseries and greenhouses in multiple states...THIS is the most comprehensive, spacious, and well organized of all we've seen. We now expect to regularly cruise the 60 minutes round-trip to select our spring plants. Fabulous place and friendly helpers in the greenhouse. A very pleasant surprise were their shops full of indoor and outdoor room design accessories and womens casual wear. No wonder this area is signed as, Pleasantview!

I gave them two stars because when I called them to ask them any kind of knowledge that they might have on Venus flytraps the lady that answered the phone was very quick to answer no and get off the phone with me very unhelpful staff

My first time here and the lady in the nursery was very helpful. She gave me many ideas for my project. Huge selection of plants and flowers and there is also a gift gallery. I didn’t spend much time in the gift section but it appeared to have a great selection and variety of items. Will definitely return for more summer projects!

What a treat to visit this magnificent garden center. There are so many varieties that we can't find in the big box stores. We will definitely be back.3/6/23Back again for our spring start. Always a joy to find just what you need in plants.

While I’ve never been to the location in Hutchinson I have visited several satellite locations specifically the one in Derby on rock Road. While there are many green houses and growers to choose from in our area Stutzmans is in a convenient location and all of the plants are of high quality. They even have decor, wax melts and produce. The wax melts are the stuff of dreams including scents like tobacco vanilla And café au lait. Being a connoisseur of all things green I’ve been to several nurseries attached a big box stores such as Lowe’s and Walmart as well as the smaller growers in the area. I do prefer to keep my dollars local and Stutzmans helps me do that and I would also like to mention that I have never been to a grower with employees as knowledgeable and as helpful as Stutzmans! I can ask specific questions about where to plant the plants and how to care for them including how to overwinter them so they will come back next year and all of my queries are answered patiently and succinctly. Believe it or not it is January and they are open! We were the only ones in the place and was admiring all the succulents they had! They also had a wide range of other things and plants to look at! It was so nice after a heavy breakfast just to be able to walk around and browse! Thanks guys for being open for us!!!

I really enjoy exploring through the greenhouse, checking out the wide selection of plants they have throughout the seasons. Plants are always well taken care of. They carry various house/yard decor.

We loved the home location and the road-side stands during the flat sales. But your website absolutely sucks and the online catalog is useless. I was told that it displayed everything you sell and I could not find any iris. I don't expect it to change though since the business has been around since the 50's.

I really enjoy these garden centers. It doesn't have the quiet nature of the one on apple lane, but this one has an amazing selection of plants. It also has an excellent selection of gifts and clothing. I will definitely be coming back.

We go to Stutzmans at least once a year. The gift store products are a delight, mostly hand made. The greenhouse has the best quality plants and a huge selection at reasonable prices. And the staff is very helpful and friendly.

They always have neat things for your outdoor and indoor garden to decorate with. Lots and lots of plants to choose from. And don't forget to give smooches and scratches to the big kitties that are lounging around the premises, they could be hiding on one of the shelves full of plants 👍😀.You can also check out their other facility on Apple Lane.

I typically like Stutzmans, but I’m a little annoyed that I spent 30.00 on a planter that they said had cucumber vines in it. I was told by both workers that I’d have cucumbers in a couple weeks but it ended up being a plum granny plant which was useless and I wouldn’t have purchased. I was either lied to or they just didn’t know…but either way I was sold something I didn’t want.

Wow, Stutzmans Green House at Pleasant view has it all for Mother's day and for any plant needs! If you can't find it here, then they don't grow it in our region. Also, if it is growing at Stutzmans, then it's gonna grow around our areas of Kansas.

Well I would have given 5 stars but they really need to keep updated on their business hours and website. Its frusterating not knowing when they are open for sure and the one on 30th street is impossible to find online.
