Recently purchased my second Sturdi Built and had it built on site. It was one of thier elite lofted barns and the 4 man crew easily completed it in a day. They have made many improvements over the years to an already best in class product and the workmanship was outstanding. My first one is 20 years old and with one repaint in that time still looks like new. No need to look anywhere else if you are in the market.

Quality product made by folks who actually keep their word. They were clear and upfront about every step of the process. They took time during delivery to protect the unit and ensure it went exactly where we wanted it. Not only was the structure well built but they matched the paint to our home perfectly! For the money, I expected to get a nice shed but I ended up with a second garage! Well beyond my expectations. I only wish I could have had them build my home!

We just had a shed built on Tuesday of this week (Oct 24). Tentative construction date was around the middle of December, so we got it about a month and a half earlier than expected. They showed up, after a couple hour drive, before the sun was even up. They worked professionally, left no trace behind, and built a beautiful shed exactly as ordered. We absolutely love it. I am a bit of a perfectionist and I love every inch of this shed. It's great materials, perfect assembly, and they missed nothing. We couldn't ask for anything else! I have already highly recommended to friends and family! VERY WELL BUILT - STURDI-BILT!!!

We just had Sturdi Built put up a 24x36x10 wood framed steel sided garage in February 2023 and they really did an awesome job, all around very happy with building! We would highly recommend them to anyone we may come across and anyone who reads this review. We are not done with the landscaping yet but I will add pics later when that is done. Garage door opener installation. The product is quality. The installation workmanship is good. The customer service wasn't good. The person never introduced himself so I don't know who installed it. We were told it would be the end of the week and we got a call that he would be here in 20 min. on Tues morning. We have a classic car and motorcycle that had to be moved and mowers etc. I was here alone and had to move these things out. The gentleman did help me push the motorcycle out of the way as there is no way I could do that by myself. I'm in my 60's. When he was finished I asked if he could show me how to operate everything including myQ. He said I should be able to figure it out and if not, I could call the shop and someone could help me. I was up and down the ladder several times getting info and pressing buttons, scanning the QR code that wouldn't scan. Just sayin, I could have used a little help.

We are very please with our shed we purchased from Sturdi-Bilt.We went there and looked over their sheds and were pleased with what we saw. Quality buildings. We purchased a 14 by 28 porched shed and have finished the inside. We added heat and air. Great place to spend some time.

Pretty average experience. Price posted is what you get, no negotiation on storage containers. Took a few weeks to get our storage container. The coolest part was how it got delivered. The machine is remote controlled and the guy running it was smooth as butter. That part was very impressive. I purchased it because it was close to me. Had hopes for some kind of negotiation so thats why we gave 3 stars

Great quality building and a company you can trust! They can build many custom buildings to your liking. They serve all of Kansas and the northern part of Oklahoma as well. They have many different dealers located throughout the state or you can stop in at there main office just outside of South Hutchinson. I bought an 8 x 20 shipping container from Curtis, he was extremely polite and helpful in helping my wife and I pick out a container, we must have wandered around the yard close to an hour in the middle of February (it was cold!) but Curtis was very patient and we didn't feel rushed at all. When it came time to deliver the container, Dean brought it out. They have a really impressive delivery system, they attach wheeled bogies to the back corners and then lift the front with a ride on mule, they can maneuver the box pretty much anywhere. Dean, just like Curtis, was very friendly and helpful, I showed him where I wanted the container placed and he went to work. You could definitely tell he's done this a few times. Within about thirty minutes he had it where I wanted it, Dean was actually more concerned about getting it placed perfectly than I was, excellent job! Overall great company to do business with, I will definitely recommend them to all my friends.

For the premium price, the shed was an inexcusable disappointment. I paid 4 to 5 times as much as a shed at the big-box hardware stores, expecting much better quality. The sales experience was good, patiently working with me to spec out what I was looking for. The delivery also went well...But the wait was 50% longer than I was told. A month seemed a little long, but a safe estimate. Until I called them four weeks later, and was told it was going to be a while longer because they had more orders than expected. They should have known when I placed my order that their orders were stacking up. Unless they put some more 'important' customers ahead of me in line. They also could have called me to let me know there was a problem instead of letting me continue to make plans as if everything was on schedule and waiting for me to contact them. Adding insult to injury, their scheduler was rude on the phone. Bad enough their scheduler cannot be organized enough to give customers better estimates, but phone etiquette is even more necessary.When I received the shed, some of it was not according to specification.The big disappointment is the build quality being far below the premium price tag. Maybe they were in a huge hurry to slap it together as quickly as possible, or their build crews have no sense of pride in their craft. They missed with the nailgun often, split the lumber often, and over-drove the nailgun often. I expect that kind of sloppy work on the low-dollar sheds, not these pricey sheds.A few of the studs, half of the top plates, and some of the roof structure were some of the worse lumber I have ever seen used. That low-grade lumber would have been rejected for big-box store sheds. It is the kind of throw-away lumber used for concrete work. In fact some of the lumber looked like it was used in concrete work.Other notes: backing the door with low-quality OSB is begging for issues since this is where moisture should be expected to reach in bad weather. That OSB garbage will not hold up well to moisture. I need to primer the door with exterior sealer and paint it to stave off that problem. For the price, I expect the shed to last a long time, but that door is set up for failure long before the rest of the shed. The construction of the ramp is a joke. I am not sure it will hold the weight of the mower, and the mower would high-center getting into the shed with that short ramp (too much angle). They only put in half of the joists. The mending plates at the ridge holding the rafters together look sketchy --thin cheap OSB stapled on only one side, and I cannot see any signs of construction adhesive. I am going to need to finish sandwiching some better plates on the other side of the rafters where there are no plates (using construction adhesive). It would be nice to give the roof more capability to support more load (someone on top, winds, snow and ice, etc). A neighbor's cheap shed was blown apart by a microburst and debris was found more than 500 yards away (a contributing reason I paid a premium price for supposedly better quality). Finally, instead of aligning the windows with the existng studs, they used a lot more lumber to move the windows, but this also disrupted the stud spacing (there are four different spacings).There is an old saying about the acquisition of goods and services: You cannot have all three of quality, speed, and low cost, but it is possible to have two of the above. It looks like I could not get any of the three, and that is inexcusable since I paid a premium price. The shed would have been acceptable if I had paid a lot less for it. I will not repeat my business with Sturdi-Bilt.

Prices are high, but for good reason. These buildings are of the highest quality. People are friendly, patient, and very explanatory. They will do almost anything custom, paint barn size etc. 10/10

The Sturdi-Bilt onsite building crew finished our new garage just before noon today. They did an amazing job and built and painted it in a little over a day and a half. The crew was very professional and friendly as well as incredibly efficient.My husband is a carpenter and very particular and was very pleased with the quality of the construction.
