This Petco is sorely lacking in supplies in the animal care/medication section. Many of the parts on the shelves in this aisle were completely bare. This was surprising considering it is a pet supply store. I did not go into any other part of the store to rate the other sections.

We were in town for a work trip, I called and they got my dog in within an hour for a bath and brush appointment. My dog has a strawberry collar and leash that she wears all the time and she came back with a strawberry bandana that matched her! It was so cute and I appreciated it so much :) There was definitely thought put into it and it made me so happy!

We made a special trip to purchase fish, lady that helped us was not very friendly and did not seem interested in helping us. Fish were not stored properly, placing a big betta in a few cups of water in a plastic container. Felt like she was more interested in pushing sells than being interested in finding something we could take home.

The good: My dog's groomer Maddie B is amazing. She makes my dog feel comfortable and always gives him a nice haircut. I rate her 5 stars. The store always seems clean and associates are helpful.The bad:The grass outside of Petco is filled with terrible stickers and weeds that get stuck in my dogs paws horribly. I wish someone would do something about this.There have been 2 times now my dog had feces on him when I've picked him up. (My groomer is gone for lunch by the time this has happened) I don't know if this is his own or another dog's but I wish they (Petco staff) would take a quick look before they hand him over.

Tried to charge me for a sack. I refused to get one. There was a sign my the Well & Good products, buy one get one 50% off. It did not ring up correctly at the cash register. I did not notice when I checked out because I was so upset that they would not give me a sack without charging me. So now I will have to take my receipt when I drive the 30 miles back to the store. Not happy at all.

We go there for our Beagle Duke's food "Whole Hearted". We also get toys, halters, name tags, collars, treats, & leashes. Mostly most anything that he wants & needs. He is not spoiled, OH, maybe just a little. Petco has Great items & products for any pet.

2 years ago we bought several fish from them, they seem to have a good variety, and they ended up giving our tank ick and killing off every single fish we had. Excited to try again a week or two ago and notice very quickly that one of the fish we bought died and now all of our fish are starting to die again. Pretty livid about this because we have a pretty established tank again

Great variety of fish. There's more fish decor and tools and chemicals you need to operate your tank. The store is clean and service was good.

I redeemed some coupons for free treats for my dog and purchased a couple of other items. The Petco staff was very helpful in assisting me to locate the treats and the cashier was friendly.

Chewie had his second grooming appointment, the first at one at this Petco. The groomer came around the counter and sat on the floor near him and spoke to him softly introducing herself. I love how she approached him.

I took my Nine month old schnauzer to get a bath nails trimmed and get a cut to get cleaned up I was told his ears were going to get done and several things were gonna get done but when I picked him up, nothing was done just nails and they butchered his face. It’s uneven. It’s too short and he has bald spots on his legs and his belly And he never got a bath. I will never go back to Petco. It looks so the dog Is humiliated

I truly would not buy any birds from a chain pet store like petco. To me it should be a requirement to interact with the birds and get them used to humans not just have them just sit there in the cage with no interaction so then they wouldn't be so hard to get out of the cage and not hate humans

They do fantastic grooming work. My little man is timid and gets nervous around strangers. The Petco staff make him feel at ease and hes gotten to where he enjoys going in for dog spa. --before & after pics

Got a nice pink with diamonds and pearls color for my Rottweiler. Very hard to find item for that big of a dog. Also got a harness a bright pink one hard to find for $20. Very cool staff helped me make sure it fit right in everything. Rock on Petco!

I came in to get my fish tank water tested and the gentleman that helped me told me a lot about the fish I had, why I should only get so many, what I needed to make sure my tank water sayed well for my fish and when to get a bigger tank. I was really impressed that he took the time to stay with me and help me with all my questions before he helped someone else. That experience will keep me coming back to Petco. My fish are doing well and I am confident that they will stay that way due to the advice and knowledge of that young man. Sorry I forgot his name.

Poor customer service. Associates are too busy stocking to help customers. Jerk at the register told me $.10 for a bag and laughed and told me $.10 for a receipt. No other pet stores in town, so have to shop there or drive 45 minutes.

I like having this store available. The workers seem to genuinely care about the animals and try their best. They aren't always the most knowledgeable, but that is an issue everywhere in retail. Otherwise they are friendly and helpful and the store is always pretty clean.

Clerk very helpful. Was rather disappointed in selection. Dogs are very small. (xxx small) They do not carry anything but suggestedcat harnesses. Selection was poor.
