The place wasn’t bad, they came highly recommended for me to board my dogs for a week I have two seniors 16 and 17, the reason for me giving them 2 stars: when I dropped them off I told the girl the instructions my oldest leaks throughout the night, i brought her shampoo wipes so they could wipe her down every morning and evening and I brought her cooling mat, easy to clean mild soap and water takes about 30 minutes to completely dry and put it back in there with her, when i picked my fur babies up her rear end was soaked with pee, the girl then stuffed the pee soaked bedding into the backpack I brought all of her stuff in, I got there a little after 9 she had over an hour to wipe my dog down and clean the bedding or at least offer to clean her and the bed up right quick for me, she didn’t, that’s why I am giving them 2 stars the girl I dropped them off with didn’t listen to my instructions, she brought them out one at a time I had to ask for my stuff and I ended up having to drive back over there to get a toy she didn’t put in the bag, I’ve worked in a boarding facility and I always made sure all their stuff was ready and they were ready to be picked up on pick up day, sadly I won’t board my fur babies there again, if you have seniors I would highly recommend you don’t board them at this place.

Hate leaving my dog at kennels, but was extremely happy with Pampered Paws, they took good care of my Rosco. He smells great after his bath too

Have only gone once, but so far really like this place. The owner was friendly and funny, and my boy came home so soft and smelled so good! And he came out smiling and wagging his tail, so I know he didn't mind being there. Was also happy to find out that I can board my dog when we go on vacay and can't take him. They give the dogs big kennels, so that's a plus, as my big dog is almost 100 lbs and won't fit in "normal" kennels.

They do a great job. My dog always comes home clean and smelling great. We live in the country and he is always getting dirty. The kennels are conditioned and they take great care to make sure all the animals are well looked after.

Very pleased with our experience. Our Min Pin (Blue) had never spent a night away from us but due to a last minute out of town business trip we had to find boarding pretty quickly.Blue was at Pampered Paws for 2 nights and when we picked her up she was happy and bathed!Thank you for taking such great care of our fur baby!

I've used Pampered Paws over the years for some of my dogs. Recently I had a situation involving the death of a close family member and Pampered Paws helped us out by boarding a couple of their dogs. When it was time for the new owners to pick the dogs back up, the employees were very professional about checking into the situation to make sure someone wasn't trying to steal someone's dog, or anything else shady. At the time it felt like a hassle, but in the end I'm glad to know that they take the security and safety of my animals very seriously.I highly recommend and will continue to do business with them in the future.

We needed to find a place for our dog to stay while we attended a funeral in town so I googled places in Hutchinson and this sounded like a good place and we were assured that she did well. Highly recommend this place.
