Drove from Wichita to pick up a 5 x 8 trailer they only had there. Saturday afternoon was not busy at all. Everything was very well organized and signs were clear. I was impressed by the staff and how eager they were to help. Everyone was nice and helped us throughout our visit. They even came out and helped us hook up our new trailer and gave us some tips. The restrooms were also a big plus here. Nice and clean. They almost had an airport feel the way they were designed. If you’ve been to other lowes, the restrooms aren’t much. Anyways, it seems like they had more deals than the stores in Wichita. I will have to come again on another day of the week to see if I get the same level of great service and also to see if they continue to have some great deals in their clearance section. Well done! Worth the drive!

Always has the home remodeling supplies I need. While there be sure and talk to an associate about treated water systems. They are partnered with Moore Water and Air out of Wichita. You never realize how hard water effects your entire house until they send a representative from Moore Water out for a free water test, and you see the lovely🤢things in your water. Their specialty teams do a fantastic job finding a specific cure for your hard water while also setting your house up with alkaline water right at your sink and fridge.

Using the app, and filling a virtual shopping cart, helps me to navigate through the store with ease. And for that one Stupid question; you always end up asking, you’ll have no problem as the staff is very easy to find as they’re all around in Blue.

If you want best overall customer experience then Lowe's is the place. But if you want professional tools that work well then home Depot is the place and if you want worse, possible tools and customer experience than Menards is a place but they do have more variety. I'll give Menards that you and they do have better prices during the 11% off. They always have but beware. They don't always send you the rebate and it's impossible to find someone to address that problem.

They had what I wanted. Bought five rolls of wallpaper on sale. Check-out woman was very helpful with self-checkout, she did it for me and was helpful with getting the veteran's discount going. Also it was really nice to be able to run in there after 9 and it was still open at night.

Bought a playset online and there is no one in Hutchinson to put it together. I have had several people over here trying to help and here is the thing: The boards are pre drilled.. and half of it is not pre drilled. Nothing is labeled, nothing lines up. This is a disaster. This is now the second birthday party we have tried to have it put up for and yet again we will have another child crying because it’s not put up.Thanks Lowes and Gorilla for making this a complete nightmare.

Purchased a dishwasher. Spent a little more than we wanted to but was told we would get free delivery and installation. When they delivered it the next week was told they do not install. This is after we confirmed several times that they would definitely install. The promo sign even said free delivery and installation. Called the store and was again told we would have to pay extra for the installation. The I found out we only had 48 hours to do so because if there was a problem with the dishwasher we only had 48 hours from delivery to return it. There is no way we could find someone and have it done in 48 hours. So we basically bought a more expensive dishwasher and didn't get the installation, only had 48 hours to find someone and make sure it worked properly. Just bought my las appliance from Lowes. Maybe my last anything.

I have been waiting weeks for them to get backs a simple vinyl flooring quote to me. I will call in every few days and be told by a different person, that I should get the quote by the end of the day!

I just bought a $2700 refrigerator. When they delivered it it has several big dings. I called then went in personally because I can't and couldn't believe what Lowe's is telling me. They want to come and pick it up take it to the store and then order a new one. I mean they want me to have no refrigerator for a period of time because I gave my old one away. I asked them to replace the door and the assistant manager yelled at me on the phone then the manager had a bad attitude. Which really upset me. Never ever ever again will I step foot in a Lowe's! They don't stand behind their appliances! I implore people to really think before they go into a Lowe's! It's just not right!

Lowe’s seems to always have what I’m looking for and then some. The self check out is nice as it can get you through the store faster. The only interaction I had with an employee was as we were leaving check out. They were very polite.

Most horrible experience!! Ordered a fridge and when they came to install it they said couldn't not install it and left it in the garage, to top it off one of the delivery workers used our restroom and stole jewelry that is very sentimental to our family, talked to managers at lowes and they did nothing but lie to us claiming they can't do anything as delivery is third party. I asked for the info for third party company they used and they gave us fake information. These delivery workers were dressed in lowes outfits and in a lowes box truck but they claim they do not work for them. I advise heavily to stay away from using this company as they send untrustworthy people into people's homes. I will never use this company again nor will any of our friends and family.

Worst experience ever! Replaced a wood deck on parent's house that had been there for 30+ years. Went with composite decking that has over 20 year warranty. 2 years after Lowes installed it has huge waves throughout and all the ends are coming apart. Contacted Lowes and they said it was a product issue. So made a warranty claim with manufacturer and they replied with multiple page report showing that it was installed wrong from the start. Went back to Lowes with that report and they said since it was past the 1 year installation policy they weren't gonna do a thing about it. So after spending thousands of dollars and countless hours fighting with what they think is "customer service" my parents have a deck they literally cant even sit on. They wish they still had their old wood deck with nails sticking out back. Makes me absolutely sick I have to give them 1 star. Whatever you do, if forced to buy product from them please dont let them install it!!! Because they dont stand by anything even when their complete incompetence is to blame.

Major issues with customer service. After working with the plumbing manager for over a year on resolving an issue, I was told by the assistant manager that nothing can be done because of the time that elapsed even though I was following up every couple of months because the manager would not return phone calls or give me an update.

Not to impressed, waited a long time for them to get the shower doors from the back we picked out. Then it took at least 15 minutes to get the help needed to load it in the truck. Their app. is very frustrating, you tell it to only show in stock items your looking for, and you start looking, pick one out and it tells you you can't pick it up until 5 to 7 days from now.

Went to Lowes yesterday to buy some plumbing drain pipes for under my sink, I could not find what I needed. So I asked an employee to help me, he did come over and helped me for about 1 minute and said I'll be right back. Guess what, he never showed backed up, so I went looking for him and he was helping others. So I thought the hell with it and went to HOME DEPOT and got what I needed, they were more helpful then Lowes.

I wasn't very happy with my last visit their website said they had what I was wanting to purchase in stock at our local lowes but after walking around looking either for the item or a employee to help me find my item I was told after waiting for him to get off his cell phone for 15 minutes that they don't actually carry that item in their stores but he could order the items for me and I could come pick them up in about 7 to 10 days and walked away quickly when he stated I would have to pay a quite high dollar amount for the ordering fees so probably won't go back unless there just isn't any other option to purchase something I absolutely need at another store

We visited the Lowe's in Hutchinson, Kansas. We were looking at washers and dryers, and dishwashers. Tanner was very customer friendly and very knowledgeable on makes and models. He also looked up information and was anticipatory with our questions.We ended up buying all 3 appliances. A very lot of this sale was due to your employee, Tanner. Just very knowledgeable, and knew where to go to for answersWhatever he makes you ought to raise his hourly wage significantly. I was so very much impressed with everything about his customer service. He was instrumental in this sale. Thank you.Margie Dossett

Our family had a well pump fail on us after about 15 years and we went shopping to replace it. We saw online that Lowes had a brand we liked better but we were required to go to the service desk to see any well pumps as they were all locked away in the back. I was assisting my family. Lowes only allowed one person to see it per company policy (Dad was paying, I was advising) and they were stern about who could see it, so my family sent me to go to the locked cage behind the service desk around the corner. I went to look at it and realized it required a control box for this design and I got in trouble by the rep as the rep was the only person allowed to handle the box per company policy (I just wanted to compare pumps and see what was needed). Long story short, the experience felt very weird and unusual enough that we left and went to Home Depot where the well pumps were out on the regular shelves as normal and we didn't feel like criminals when buying a well pump. I don't know if Lowes had a high amount of well pumps stolen or what, but the experience was less than desirable. Home Depot had a similar spec pump for around $20 cheaper, so we went that route instead. Lowes usually has either better brands or more product options, but the Customer service at Home Depot over the last 20 or so years has always been consistently better than Lowes.They ran a forklift into my truck by accident and bent the tailgate in the past when loading some wood, however that kind of accident could have happened anywhere, however the pump issue shouldn't be such a big deal to purchase it.

I was nervous about this purchase because of the negative reviews about installation. It was very straightforward. No issues at all. Yes you need basic knowledge as to how to wire nut a cord and use a screwdriver on a hose clamp. Super easy no leaks. Time will tell as to how it cleans. I replaced a $1000 Electrolux and this is a better unit.
