Would NEVER purchase anything from them again. If we could sell this tractor back to them and never do business again with them we would. We were promised so much, spent a lot of money on a brand new tractor for the warranty and piece of mind for our company to have a new reliable machine. We’ve had nothing but problems with this dealer and tractor. Took months just to contact someone to try to get the tractor in for its warranty work for when it broke down. We need this to run our business, our salesman told us we’d be a priority and have a loaner if it ever broke down. Our salesman hasn’t even tried to return calls, texts, voicemails since we purchased the tractor. Finally got it in for work, over a week went by & they hadn’t even looked at it. Just found out its going to be at least 3 weeks for parts for this brand new tractor and they’re saying they never give loners so now our business is without this equipment we need to operate. Anytime we try contacting someone there for questions or for breakdowns it’s nearly impossible to contact someone who actually knows something that’s going on. Long story short would never recommend them. Should have gone down the road to prairie land and bought a John Deere.

Don't take tractor there for serviceI took mine there for service told the three point not working they had it three days. Called they said it was ready try out three point still not working.So left it there Got Hal on because they did not do work now notice my seat loose bolts are not tight.Hood has dent in it they don't care.
