I totally understand that people have a bad day, and I don't understand why they didn't have what I was looking for, and to top it off when I asked if they had the Xmas village set that lit up,, I was told abruptly no, and ignored no explanation, then I came in on another day and was followed around like I was going to steal something and I wasn't. I will never go in there again.

Today my son helped me pick these prearranged flowers, at Hobby Lobby, to fill the crystal vase we inherited from my grandmother's estate. Beautiful touch to our kitchen and dinning room. We also purched an easel to display a piece of art from my other grandmother and the candle also displayed in this photo.

As a customer it's not a bad place to shop, they have almost everything crafting wise. Also depending on whose shift it is you get very helpful employees. However as an employee I have learned it is very hard to enjoy your job with the belittling and gossip that happens on behalf of management. It is very sink or swim when put into a department, there is no training except for on the cash register. I had a month in my department of hearing from management that they'd help me figure out how to run the department but it never happened. After months of no help, I had figured it out myself all while still being told I'm too slow and they could do it faster. After continuously being told how slow I was I even bought a watch to begin timing and documenting how long it took me to order and put my freight away amongst other tasks, I was well within the time limit management had set. When the General Manager made the rounds one day and asked how long things where taking me I pulled out my pocket notebook with times, dates and assignments, they seemed impressed, however my store manager was not. A month or so later I was moved from the department to the register full time and another employee was moved into a department position. Management in this particular store is also unprofessional in the sense of picking favorites, talking negatively about employees on the sales floor with other employees. For being a Christian company this Hutchinson store is very lacking, otherwise I could see myself here for many years.

I was very, very impressed with the customer service here, and the products and gifts that are also sold here!! I always get inspired whenever I walk into a Hobby Lobby store. With all the inspiring gifts, mottos with awesome quotes on them, and other things to look at and buy here, you can't help but be happy. It's awesome. I definitely want to come back here and visit again!!

Store was super clean!! They've got so many items for just about any project you or your kids could possibly need. They've got excellent deals which always helps those with hobbies they do frequently. My niece needed to make a sphere for a school project.. they had multiple sizes which catered to her project perfectly!! I make jewelry and their selection of beads is amazing!! The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and make you feel like you're project is they're project and how important it is to have everything you possibly need to complete it from start to finish..

Love this store. I have purchased everything from fabric, pens, paper, wooden cut outs, framed art, paint, seasonal decor, Cricut supplies, birthday decorations, plain shirts, etc and I’m always so happy. I always check their weekly ads because often times what I may need is on sale that week. If it isn’t, I use the 40% off one item coupon in the Hobby Lobby app. Definitely recommend.

I really like the Hobby Lobby Store. The staff are always helpful, polite and nice. What I don't like tho, is the wait to check out. The lines are always long and the cashiers are slow to call for back up. If they'd correct this situation, they'd get 5 stars from me.

The two ladies at the front desk we're gossiping non stop, I don't even know that they seen me come in.I didn't want to interrupt their talk about someone else's marriage and an 11 year old kid who apparently had some trouble walking (from what I could gather, if either of those women had been the mother, that girl would be just fine) so I didn't ask for help.Couldn't find anyone else who works there so eventually I left frustrated.Very poor service...!

I really like this new Hobby Lobby. Its spacious and easy to move around in. They have great sales and the coupon in the paper is so useful, although it would be more so if it could be used on sale items also. There is plenty of parking here. I would suggest to them that, because its rather large, that they post signs where things are.
