The store is so much cleaner and organized than it has been in the last 3 years I have lived in Hutchinson. The staff is so much nicer, and helpful !!! I used to dred shopping there but sometimes I had no choice, now I am making out my shopping list and going there for more than just the 1 or 3 items I was in a rush for. Now I actually shop there like I would at Walmart for items. GREAT JOB NEW STAFF AND MANAGER !!

When I went in I was greeted by Johnnie with a smile and such a wonderful new face to the store I enjoyed her assistance when I needed help finding an item she carried on awonderful conversation with me about our dogs.Most definitely will return it’s awesome to talk to such a refreshing person in the store😃

I don't know how this store in Hutchinson Kansas on E4th street can stay open. No stock on the shelf's and what stock is in the store is in boxes in the isles. The employees there spends more time behind the counter or outside. As a former department mgr at Walmart, I would have been fired for doing a job like they are doing. Plus they don't order the right stock or enough of it to fill the store's shelf's. I wonder why the district and regional mgr's are letting this store under preform like this. Maybe, they just need to shut and lock the doors and let some other store move in that can can give the town a better service than what dollar general is capable of doing. Family Dollar and the Dollar Tree is killing y'all.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!! Store is dirty and the entire staff is rude and tweaked out of their minds. Dont recommend shopping here unless you have NO other option. If you wanna stand at the register for 10 minutes while cashier stands outside and takes a smoke break this is the spot.

Just ok. They have a new mgr., belie:. So we will see. While I was there no one greeted me or even ask me if I needed any help. Now this not good.

This is the best Family Dollar, All of the employees are eager to help allways have a positive attitude and the Manger seems to enjoy what she's doing. Looks like a fun place to work.

A few fine lines when I was trying to get refund or exchange. They didn't want to help me, even to exchange the product for a different one. It just felt like a negative atmosphere, might have been different if I were white. Bummed out.

I love seeing what new items they've got. And on occasion they will have doggy shirts. Also there a good place to buy the Scentsy waxes.
