Brought my package to ship and the man was rude and wouldn't even take my package but I hadn't taped the shipping label on it yet. I asked could he give me a minute to tape it on he said no I can't take it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT GO HERE

Everything in the store was great the experience was great but I did not appreciate being followed by one of the staff members and basically try to accuse me of theft ! I used to work for Dollar general here in Hutchinson Kansas so I know about shoplifting I don't appreciate it !!!!

Great! Got coffee creamer and milk, good location from my home and can pop in when open to get my grocery. Clean and everything is arranged nicely, things are grouped well and it's easy to get my shopping done by convenient placement of items.

Very knowledgable and friendly staff. They always have some really good deals & I love the digital coupons. Especially on detergent and fabric softener. I'm usually pretty well stocked because it's so cheap & so I get extra. Plus this is the cleanest and most well stocked DG in the area. All of the other stores always have freight out all over and boxes on the floor. But this store doesn't. They do a very good job!

sometime ( not at this dollar General ) when they scanned the item the register shows a different price than what's on the shelve. this only mean they change the prices in their register first without adding to stickers codes on the shelves .I had this Haopen to me in this one store in Hutchinson.I just now pay want it scan I stop complaining ..there getting better on the clutter of merchandise I call it (shop lifter heaven ) when Haven open there store I had to close my eyes when going into.shop cause they didn't care if it was not tidy .I been a cashier for many years . believe me a clean store can happen ...I will still.give all dollar General 5 stars cause small.communities needs stores like dollar General ..thank you

I love the Burrton Dollar General. Very helpful staff. They make you feel welcome when you go in. Your like there friends, not just another customer. I wish all the other Dollar General were like that. I will drive from Hutchinson to go there. They do lots of great things for there community as well.

Not usually a bad place to do some light shopping on a budget, however recently the last few times the line to checkout was a mile long and with only one cashier. A little irritating three experiences like this back to back.

Good store to shop at. They are usually very clean for a dollar store. The staff is very friendly and they do a good job at being as helpful as possible. Not crowded and cramped like most stores. For an older store they are rather large. Wish this store was a fresh market store.

It has been recently renovated and I greatly appreciate having a grocery store in South Hutchinson. We've needed someplace more exhaustive within walking distance for those without transportation for a long time. It has a wide selection of frozen foods and some dairy products etc, now. Wider aisles, expanded freezers and expanded selection in "general" (pun intended!), plus unique and affordable craft, school and office supplies make South Hutchinson Dollar General worth the stop!

The store was dirty, cashier never greeted us, just told us the amount due, no restroom, a few items we wanted didn't have the price marked, we stood in line for quite some time. More checkers are needed.

Very poor customer service when I went in with coupons for 3 items, a manager was rude wouldn't work with me on the situation or follow their own coupon policy
