They had an issue you with my service animal for barking even though he is trained to do that to snap me out of anxiety attacks and they are trying say he was being aggressive, growling at people and was taking things out of people's cart, when he knows better and had harrased us when we were just trying to buy our groceries, while they called the cops on us ,even though I have tooken him there before ,and been shown his paper work. Dillions has lost a customer for good

I have to go to all the Dillons in town in order to get most of the things on my shopping list. Had to go to 3 of them to try to find Organic milk and none of the stores has any in stock. They are fully stocked on all the other conventional milk. They don't have any competition in this town, so they don't have to provide any items or service that people deserve.

If I could rate this 0/5 I would but appearently you can’t do I guess this dillons will get a 1/5. Don’t shop here unless you know exactly where everything you’re looking for is. I waited 30 minutes for someone to try and find something that was out of stock and finally just left and as I was leaving I seen the associate that said they could help me in another aisle stocking. The associate could’ve let me know that they didn’t have the item in stock atleast.

I am always upset when walmart only has one or two cashier lanes open, but that's better than dillons tonight. They had zero cashier lanes open. Self check out only. I can understand the whole "people shortage" thing but they had 2 employees standing there staring at everyone go the self check out. I'm giving a neutral rating since I haven't been here long and this may not be regular practice for them.

So me and my mother went to inside to get groceries and go pharmacy , as I was telling the lady what I needed and name was Christina in Pharmacy , she went to throwing other people trulicity pens on the counter that were not mine , so hope the pins are broken , plus she like to me and my mom about COVID home test , told us they .99 cents we went ring them they sure he'll weren't .99 cents they were 9.99 she told us they were mark down ..I record her , then she wants to lie ..noooo honey I got u ..watch out for ppl bc now they seriously gone to lying.

I went to Dillon's on 5th today. Several people in the store were very helpful. The problem came at checkout. 1st the employee(Zack) had no nametag on, I had to ask another person what his name was.2nd he never said hello did you find everything alright? Like they are supposed to.3rd he didn't wish me a good day or hand me my receipt. I had to get it off the printer myself.4th he had started ringing up the woman in line behind me before I could get my receipt.All in all not a great day at Dillon's.I do want to say that this is not what I typically deal with there. Usually I don't have problems like this there.

We were in from out of state and stopped in on a Sunday . Went to buy some beer not knowing there are no beer sales on Sunday.The older woman at the check out lane looked at me and in the rudest manner possible asked me if it was Sunday. Glad I dont live in this town .

Most everything you need can be found here, but like most Dillons everything's overpriced and unnecessarily expensive to give off a "designer grocery store" type vibe.

Friendly service and some decent prices on some Kroger items. Unfortunately Dillon's is at the mercy of their suppliers on name brand items. Example "Depends Adult under garments" vs. Kroger brand. When your to the point I am and have the health issues I have you have to bargain shop.

One of the few Dillions stores I feel comfortable in and I am able to navigate the store rather quickly.However...In not real sure what to think of it butI often find there's a security guard at the front door.Personally I've never had a problem with the store.

I always do my shopping at the 5th street store. They had most of the things on my list, but were out of others, which I either had to go to yet another store or order online. Prices are high like they are everywhere.

Awesome team of people who seem to consistently place their customers first. Love this little store. Good food, quick checkout and helpful staff make this an easy choice whenever i need a few ( or a lot of ) things!

This is the closest Dillon's to S. Hutchinson. The pharmacy staff is all friendly, now. The salad bar never disappoints. There's usually unbelievable sales on fresh meat. (Look for the neon orange "Manager's Special" stickers!) Purchase Hildebrand Farms glass-bottled dairy products from Kansas, and Turkey Hill Peach or Cherry & Pomegranate Black Tea here. Don't leave without peeking at the CLEARANCE section, through the double swinging doors at the end of the salad bar and in between the iced tea cooler and the yogurt & eggs section, on your way to the restroom. I always check sales on ice cream, frozen pizza and the fried chicken or tenders from the Deli. Yum! ("... They put an addictive chemical in it that makes ye crave fer' it nightly...!") Also, thank you for replacing the lights under the awnings on the sides. I feel so much more secure, now! Self checkout (much smoother experience than self checkout at Walmart!) and a Redbox available, as well.

It's truly my go--to place for almost everything at the best possible prices using my savings card. They are closest in distance plus I get $1.00 off per gal.of gas once per month when I fill-up, due to the savings I have on my Dillons savings card from my using it evrytime I've purchased from there. So, what other reason should there be? ❓😎😇

This store is more convenient for me and well organized easy to find what I need and always have fresh produce. Only things to correct water filtration system it has a bad test and higher price than market price.

Found everything I needed except for distilled water I use it for my CPAP machine and normally there's gallons and gallons available but this afternoon all the shelves were empty but if that's the biggest problem I have today life is pretty good Thanks for being a great store!

Fresh watermelon and cantaloupe are terrible! I have bought 3 watermelons and about 5 cantaloupe and none of them had any taste and were hard! I bought a "seedless" watermelon just recently and picked probably a hundred seeds out if it! Get a new vendor!

This is a great Dillon's store to hit on your way home. The Marketplace has more items, but this store carries most staples for home. It is a great size to go in and get out.

Went 2 days ago to buy some cat food didn't have enough money. So went the next day to another Dillons to buy the same product they did not have it. So I had to return back to the first Dillons to buy the product. 3 trip​s to Dillons due to didn't have enough money. Thank you for having my product. Amen

There are only 2 employees that work at 5th Street Dillons that I have ever felt gave great customer service...an older gentleman maybe balding and the tall lady who works in the floral dept, she's possibly the manager

Sebastian in floral dept is incredibly kind and helpful, and made us a beautiful gift for a special ballerina in no time at all. He even found tulle to make a tutu on our pink stuffed animal....above and beyond service! 5 stars all the way!

Even though they are owned by one of the top 20 biggest companies in the United States you still are able to walk in and get the "hometown" feeling. Prefer walking in here than I do Wal-Mart.

This store has gotten so sloppy! Purchased a bag of lemons and three in bag were moldy. Have also noticed this on other produce. Also noticed damaged items placed on shelves for sale. No marked down stickers on items either!!

Got a job night stocking with company signed papers passed every thing. It's been almost a month I've tryed calling and no getting no where very weird people idk. Terrible place waste of time, figure I'd go to the warehouse where they actually need help or at least put you to work!
