I'm bad at remembering to leave reviews. So I will list several accolades. First, during COVID my cat ended up with a bad urinary blockage and I was down for the count with COVID. I had enough energy to drive my feline there and Dr. Baughman met me outside and saved my cat. This was Oct 2020.Next, I took one of my dogs to liberal for an abscess this would have been a few years ago and they kept her overnight. During aftercare at home she woke us up with the horrible cough. I called emergency vet in liberal and they were going to charge us a emergency fee etc. I took dog to Dr. baughman and ended up that my dog caught Kennel cough in liberal and there was an apparent exposure. He also checked my dog's meds from surgery and found she didn't need to be on all of that.3rd, Dr. baughman took care of our rescue for us. We are thankful for the care that animal health center has provided for our fur family over the years. I understand things happen and they can't save every animal but I have never felt like he didn't care.

About a month ago I took my puppy in because she was showing symptoms of Parvo, the procedure went well luckily the vet was able to save my Pup, the reason I’m rating so low is because after my payment plan was set up (procedure did run me over 1thousand) the secretary informed my husband employer with all of our personal information regarding how much we owed and how our payment plan was set up, information that should have stayed PRIVATE and shared with nobody but my husband and I. And just to clarify we WERE NOT BEHIND ON PAYMENTS. Very unprofessional handling of our personal business.

The vets killed my 4 month year old puppy and now we have to pay 176 dollars for nothing. They did the shots wrong and overdosed him or something. Don’t go here unless you want your dog to get groomed/haircut.

On the 12th of November my baby was rushed in because of a virus. They had her six days and did a wonderful job!! They let us stay and talk and watch her get her medication. They let us come see her whenever we had the chance to! For six days this fur momma didn’t sleep very well and walking out they told me now momma you can sleep. We are not whole without our fur babies and they made sure we were whole again! Thank you so much to everyone of y’all that helped with my baby!!

After telling my client they could get paper work done (And don't use the Holiday as an excuse, everything was still open) They failed on their end, and told me bluntly that because its a hassle, and the paperwork is so time consuming, they just don't want to do it. Then when I told them I wasn't going to pay for services they just didn't feel like doing, after they said they would, they decided oh they better do it. They charged me $401 for a routine coggins and international health papers.$401 for routine paperwork... A full vet examination has never cost that much even with multiple x-rays... or a horse on colic in the middle of the night services.... After opening the papers, to see how much time it took to fill out, the secretary had filled out the info while on the phone with me and checked 2 boxes. It is more time consuming to fill out coggins paper work than the international health. They completely took advantage of me and I will never use them ever again, and I will be sure to relate this info to every equine person I encounter in southwest KS. $401 for 4 pieces of paper because you had a tantrum and got called out on something that you said could be done, and clearly could be done, you just didn't feel like doing it.. that is wrong.. and you should be ashamed of your services.

Took my puppy here a few months ago got treated for giardia when he should have been treated for parvo ended up dieing two days later these people don't know how to diagnose illness I don't recommend this vet to anybody
