I drove 41 miles to get my propane tank filled after I had called to make sure they could fill my 30# tank only to be told they were not selling propane . The guy said whoever I talked to must have not got the message! Unacceptable service. I give them a 1 out of 10.

Store is clean. Staff is friendly and they try to help, but their knowledge is limited on farm stuff. Truth is, TSC is mostly for hobby farms...folks who have a half dozen chickens, one horse and live on a few acres just outside of town.

I bought a Crosman break barrel pellet gun that I couldn't get to work,so I returned it the next day and bought a Ruger pellet rifle instead. The staff was very accommodating with the exchange. The new Ruger works fantastic.

John Weller, Jamie needs a raise!!! After almost 30 days fighting with corporate to either get our product or a refund for the product we ordered. After 22 days of corporate throwing us around, after back stabbing a corporate customer service dept telling a store manager that her customers are liars and scam artists, Jamie was finally able to our $800 refund to us. They yelled at her. Scolding her and she, who fought diligently for the rights of customers, got the job done. John...hold on to this one. She's a keeper. Thanks Jamie!!!! You did good.

I went in to pick up an order of tomato cages that had been shipped by UPS. Before I could even see the damaged items that weren't shipped properly they were returned for me and a replacement ordered.
