It's never a great experience. They are often out of things and it takes forever no matter what you order. We only go back for the drinks. Supposedly they close at 11 but refuse to take even a drink order in last 10 minutes tho all lights and music are still on. If you actually close at 10:45 then put that on official times and make a slight effort to look closed so it's not soo confusing.

This sonic can never get my order right. They are also always out of stuff. There was a time they were out of corn dogs. They’ve also been out of ice cream a lot. Most recently I ordered my child a wacky pack meal and received no toy because apparently they are out of toys. Get it together holton sonic. Im officially done going here.

We were just finishing up our Saturday night and it was late..about 11:15 PM.The hotel we were staying at was just across the street, and both my wife and I had a desire for a snack. We pulled into the stall, and proceeded to order.Our first choice was the Cony Foot long with Chili and Cheese... however the restaurant was out of chili? We were surprised as this item is a signature item for Sonic.We ordered the "JUmbo" size chicken nuggets in stead... and went back to our hotel and opened the bag and found about 7 nuggets that were so small that we wondered what was :JUmbo" about the order?I decided to take a picture of the nugget size next to the dipping sauce to show what the order looked like.We enjoy Sonic, yet due to time of night, and the hassle to get back across the street to seek assistance... was not worth the effort.

My order wasn’t right when I got it items missing. Send drink back twice and still got it wrong. Then when I got the drink it was all messy and spilling over and when they fixed it there was just a splash on top of the drink they messed up and send it out like that. Terrible service from the carhop person. And I was told by the carhop person that she will bring out a tater tot and then another guy said you will have to order and pay again. 2:44 8/18/23

They put the signature hot dog on bottom. So the topping was all over the bag. An the burrito for 4 dollars and 50 cents was the smallest I've ever seen. Maybe they got confused with the dollar burritos. At least it wasnt all nasty

Something happened here today. I was only allowed to things that did not go into the fryer. One person was running the whole place and was doing a fair job of it. I was later told someone was burned most likely by the fryer. I guess if that happened I may have closed the store until the person who was burned could return or went to get checked out and someone else do that persons duty. No burger is worth that.

I never really do these but I just had to tonight. I came in around 9 to 10 pm. Ordered my food through the app. Like usual. Just wanted to give a kudos to the amazing staff on the night shift tonight they were insanely packed and the staff was all doing an incredible job. Wanted give a kudos to the guy who brought me my food. He did an amazing job of taking care of all the customers.

Mobile ordering is never available at this location. I miss out on a lot of in-app exclusives and deals. The next Sonic location is a good 30 miles away. The food is mediocre, but getting better Bring back my mobile ordering option and I’d probably give 4 or 5 stars.

I went for breakfast at 930 am. I checked online and it says they open at 7am so I push the red button and two other cars are sitting there as well. I sat for 15 minutes and no one answered my red button so as I'm leaving I see all the workers outside smoking not taking orders. If you don't open at 7 maybe you should change the hours online. What happened to customer service

Soi was in the mood to celebrate and i was treated to the New Garlic Butter Bacon Burger and the best cherry limeade ever..... perfect spot to pick up or post up and enjoy the view while you dine inside your vehicles, the guy that took our order was nothing but professional, as he came out to the car to make sure he Had my order right. and My food came shortly after. Hot fresh always delicious .

Always a great choice when you forget to lay out dinner lol. Kids love the wacky pack toys and mama loves the price. We also enjoy the 1/2 price mobile app drinks almost daily. Service is great, app is great, ease of ordering is amazing!

Better than most in Topeka so we were glad to stop for dinner on our way back. Kid meals are still great. Only issue I have with ALL Sonic restaurants is they stopped selling which yr e gravy. That was amazing with chicken strips and now it's gone

UPDATE THE HOURS on the app and website saying you close at 10 pm, NOT 11 pm. I ordered through the app, and my order disappeared at 10:15 as I pulled into Sonic. Knocked on the window, and Shaggy from Scooby-Doo informed me that my order had been canceled because they closed at 10 pm. He said, "The hours are on the marquee sign," to which I replied, "Do you think I can read the marquee sign from 10 miles away??" So needless to say, a 20-mile round trip for absolutely NOTHING.

Super Sonic burritos were just what I needed did a quick boost during long drive. Service was quick, like and friendly. Servers had masks on, which was great. Wait that kept me from seeing the smile, it was still in their voice. For was delivered hot to my car and tasted great.
