We were pulling a trailer so my wife went inside to order, over 30 minutes to get 4 shakes and 2 cones. I watched over 10 vehicles come and go from the drive thru. Come to find out they were out of bananas and decided to "run to the store real quick" and then fill our order without saying anything. Just made us wait. We ended up getting chocolate shakes instead once my wife asked what was taking so long.

Drove 15 minutes to get a blizzard from this location. I waited another 15 minutes in the drive thru behind several cars. When I got to the order box no one answered. I waited another 5 minutes and the drive thru line behind me was backed into the street. Since no one answered I pulled up to the window and was not acknowledged by any of staff. I assume that the cars that were in front of me had the same experience since no one was waiting on their orders. Will NEVER go back to this location ever again!

Ordered ice cream. The vehicle in front of us must have ordered the menu. Well while we were waiting to get to the window I guess they made our ice cream. Well she handed out cups of milk. It got all over us the inside of our car. Needless to say we threw it away. Management needs to pay attention to what the employees are doing. Not to mention when she did the blizzard thing she slung ice cream all over my paint. Thanks a lot.

Normally DQ is a favorite treat, but this particular location has been a disappointment multiple times. I keep hoping it’ll be better, but so far no luck. They’re constantly out of basic items (chocolate for example), have yet to get an order completely right, and the staff very obviously doesn’t care/doesn’t want to be there. The only reason I’m leaving any stars at all is because they do know how to make a decent shake; if they have the ingredients to do so.

Order our food and waited for 20 minutes then went up to asked about how much longer our food was going to be, one of the employees said I’ll check and get it out to you. 10 more minutes pass when the employee comes and said he gave our food away…..so had to wait additional 15-20 minutes to get our food. We got I’m sorry and hope your food is good. Manager should of came out and checked on the situation but never did. We ended up getting ice cream at the end even with the the mess up. Another issue is a male employee was wearing sunglasses and his hat backwards while making food, to me that’s not a good look plus he was laughing really loud with customers in the store.

Another great night of waiting 50 minutes for 2 small cones, 2 mini blizzards, and 1 small hot fudge sundae. This seems to be a normal time as this isn’t the first time we have waited. Plus it took 10-20 minutes before staff acknowledged us or the other two people at the register.Nothing has changed 05/20/2023 when in to get a cake and they said they could make it, but we would have to wait a hour. The previous managers had them in stock. New managers live 5 hours away and have no clue…

Passed through town on a quiet Saturday night. Waited about 5 minutes total in the drive thru with one person ahead of us. Staff was friendly, order was accurate, food was hot and tasty (mmm…cheese curds!).

Even when this place is on the busier side I still have never had awful service. On this occasion we had 7 people eating dine in and the service was amazing! The food was ready in 20 mins or less including the ice cream, they still had a full drive thru and orders still coming into the lobby! Thank you for making the experience of dining in pleasant at your restaurant!

Good food, but unreasonable drive thru wait times. First time I thought maybe it was because they are short staffed. Not now it's my third time here it's always the same deal. Be prepared to wait a minimum of 15min before you can ever order if there are any cars ahead of you. And once you do order it's another 10-15 min wait. Wayyy to long for some fast food

Typically service is great, love the food and ice cream and that's why we try to be regulars when we drive thru town. Tonight was different. We did show up towards the end of the night but there was a line of cars when we got there. We got to the microphone to place our order and they told us they were closed. 8:58pm. My husband pointed out that it wasn't 9 yet and our kids wanted ice cream. The gentleman on the mic says, I'm sorry, we're closed and shut the lights out. Guess there's a first for everything. I have yet to experience that level of rude.

The place was VERY VERY busy and we still felt like we had fast service. I especially applaud the trainee (didn't see her name). She was hustling her tail off delivering food both inside and outside. We also appreciated the 20% off military rate. Saved us $2!

Stopped on our way through town and there were four cars ahead of us at about 3:00 pm. We got to the window at about 3:20 pm and sat there another 5+ minutes before driving off. No one opened the drive up window to take our money or even ask us to hold on for a minute. We only ordered ice cream. Seems to be like this almost every time we go. Disappointing.

Good Hamburgers! Was on a limited$ amount to eat out. Menu had $5 meals. Got 3!!! THEN a Sundae came with!! I have never eaten fast food and gotten burger, fries, drink AND Sundae $5!!! Service was great! A busy place, waits weren't exceptionally long.THANK YOU DQKeep It Up!!!
