My 15 year old visited this location on 4/1/24 at about 10:00 am. When she went in another customer asked the man (Donald) working to unlock the alcohol fridge doors. Donald stated, "Seriously, its not even 12:00." My daughter proceeded to get her fountain drink and when she got to the counter she as asked if the cup was a refill but when Donald asked her he mumbled his words and she didn't hear the whole question. She answered, "no". He said, "It is not a yes or no question" very rude, to the point where it made her cry. Another customer stood up for her and said his behavior was unnecessary. When I called the store to talk to the manager he stated he is the manager and when I explained the situation he apologized and said he is "working on it." This type of behavior is uncalled for and not welcomed in our small community.

I left without making a purchase of food items and gasoline due to the POS system malfunctioning and complaining among off-duty and on-duty employees not getting schedules and not being paid for some hours. There are some serious management issues at this location.

Not sure why the negative reviews? Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well stocked. It's a 7- eleven and a good one!

The staff here is friendly, but on multiple occasions I have stopped in on the way to work and stood at the counter as the employees said "I'll be with you in a moment" and finished whatever shelf stocking task they were working on. I would bump to 4 or 5 stars if they would keep someone at the counter or even just head to the counter when someone walks in.

I think Sam is such a perfect fit for the store in Holton Kansas he is very well managed and the stir is the cleanest ever and he has great people skills omg does he, He is the number one in my book he out ranks all of them by far up there and there is a few after that follow right after him
