Very organized. Gate 1 for cars ( employees and visitors) . Gate 2 for trucks . You will find written signs (Tyson Plants). Guard personals are very nice and helpful . Spotters are driving safely and willing yo help all drivers when they need.

I get here for an appointment scheduled today for a Drop and Hock. And they said that I can drop the trailer and come back within a day and half later! Not respect for the drivers.

Live unload:It only took 2:30 from appointment to get unloaded. Not great but not bad. There isn't much of a system for live unloads like they have for their drop/hook loads. They gave a map I'll post to show what I did.

Truck drivers do not come here without calling first if you don't want to waste your clock. These folks have every excuse in the world on why your load is not ready. Got here yesterday with 4hrs left on my clock.. was told my appointment was today at 0700 its 1621 and I still haven't been loaded. The absolute worse shipper around.

Truckers, this place is an absolute waste of precious time. They are the " WORST SHIPPER " I have ever encountered! The people here are rude and could care less about the On Duty time we have per day. Be prepared to spend anywhere between 24 and 72 hours waiting for your load or to be loaded. Be prepared for the possibility of doing a reset here! They ask you to call for info on the status of your load, but fail to answer the phone. They expect you to arrive on time, just to wait for them. If google could allow a negative rating, this would be the one place that would recieve unacceptable in every aspect of their process. This place is " Disorganized Chaos ". Chances are you will miss your next delivery because of this place. Beware because my load locks grew feet and walked off my trailer. But they don't know what happened

Pretty straightforward place to pick up from. They have an 'automatic' trailer washout which is cool. When I got there, there was only one spot left for empty trailers.

Truckers...if you regularly haul Tyson or Cargill you know you're waiting close to the DDT. The ONLY exception we've ever had to that was the Cargill in Friona, TX. Those folks are usually loaded within 4 hours of the start time and we never have to wait, though they will let us get our 10 if we need to. I digress. We've been here several times and always get a 10. This time arrived 5 hours after start time, told it was being done, dropped trailer, went to loves, 12 hours later it's ready, 4 hours before DDT. When we get there it's the same trailer we dropped. 🙄

I had no problem with this place at all. I did have to wait all day for my load to be ready but I was also almost 24 hrs early. Was suppose to be ready at 6am the following morning. It was ready 10pm 8 hours early.

This place has gone down the drain. Use to be a nice place...now...not so much. When ya call to check on a load...can never get anyone to answer. Guards and staff are all nice. The drop lot is sorta tight. Pickup lot same way. But if you can not get ahold of anyone why have a number to call and check on a load status?

Don’t believe the security gaurd and the phone number they give for load update, all is a lie. Waiting for a phone call means u will here for a week. If want to leave early as possible from here keep going to security both. This facility is a joke itself.👎

Takes awhile checking in with the guard but everything is done through them, take your trailer to wash out door then drop on the right then your pre loaded trailer is on the left side then proceed to guard to get your paperwork, my load was ready 24hrs early

If I could give zero star, I would! I’ve been waiting for my load for almost 24hours. Tried calling the number given to check on load status but nobody ever picks up. I had to start my clock to drive from the LOVES to check on my load, only to be told that it’s still not ready!What will it cost this big company to setup a website where drivers can conveniently check on the status of their loads??

Went to pick up totes. Sherri was rude and mouthy. Her forklift guy was the same. The guy threw a fit because I wouldn't help load empty totes on the trailer. Not my job. He kept ramming my trailer at a 45 angle trying to hit the corner of the 2nd stack of totes he put on. Everyone knows you put a stack on one side then the other and do it all over again. Should be easy. Not foe this guy. I asked him to quit ramming the trailer putting divots in my trailer and he got mouthy and said he wasn't putting the fresh marks on the trailer. Then he tried to run his mouth and ask if I was going to accuse him of putting other marks on the trailer. He was referring to my rubber bumbers. I cussed him out and told him I was refusi g the load.

You know this typical big chain distributor 0 care about driver time they have all these demands make an app for a puck up but 30 plus time I been here I have never once puck load up on time 10 plus hour wait each and every time what's point making an appointment if you refuse to honor it

Pros: loves down the street next to a family dollar! The loves also has ok wifi better then most I've been too! When dropping an empty to be loaded it was a quick process open doors slide tandems back all the way then go check in! Guard checks the truck and back of the truck then you go to the wash out back in and then park the trailer it's all pretty quick! I chose the first row which doesn't really have a u turn point so once u commit to it good luck 🤣Cons I dropped this trailer well over 24 hours ago this has been the slowest experience ever, even slower then my stops in Laredo 🤣🤣🤣 hopefully ur not in a hurry here this is the short straw facility lolol

Worst place you can ever come!Pretty much it’s a good Tyson to have you take a little couple days of honeymoon in your truck🤣.They will waste your time,fuel.I wish broker would have told me I had to take 34+ and not deliver this load on time as he suggested on the rate😭 instead of lying saying my trailer is getting loaded but every two hours I call 📞 all I get is not loaded yet.Be aware of this place!!!!! I suggest everyone to look this place up before they come here.cancel the load on them is not worthy the time and money you’ll lose here.

Be prepared for long waits if your load is not ready.Arrive at the gate, tandems back, refer on, doors open, refer full. They have their own washout and will direct you to it. Gross weight scale available on the way back out. Limited parking in entrance drive but there's a love's at the same exit.Loves has cat scale and a subway.

This is the worst Tyson plant I have ever been to by far. If you are not a drop & hook, then your load is low priority.Almost 48 hrs waiting on load. Still waiting.Loves right near facilityImportant: when you scale the load at Loves make sure you scale in the 2nd hole. Required by Tyson.

Appointment was set for 10am arrived at 9 am dropped empty trailer now it’s 1600 and load is still not ready and can barley get ahold of anyone on the phone this place seems to be a waste of the drivers time for sure. Why ask us to be on time when you cannot be??!?

I've never been to a shipper-on-strike before but I think I like shippers better than shippers-on-strike. This shipper-on-strike overloaded my trailer and the load is having to be reworked. Just like with not notifying you when the load is ready the first time, they don't notify you when the load has been reworked. You have to call and check and they don't always answer the phone, like right now when I'm trying to call to check if they have finished reworking the load yet or not. Usually I don't have this problem at this shipper, but I'm sure today must have something to do with this shipper being on strike.
