Food is awesome and the ice cream rocks. The service is fast but the cashier could have been a little bit nicer. Overall great place 👍🏻Parking: There's parking right in the front of the store and since the QD is in a large combined lot with the local grocery store the parking lots are connected so plenty of close parking.Kid-friendliness: Everyone knows Ice cream and kids go hand in hand and this DQ knows it too. They have high chairs available and a kids menu as well.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is very wheelchair friendly inside and out.

We brought my family here for dinner and ice cream. The place is exceptionally clean, the food was absolutely delicious. The service was awful. The cashier, preslie, was obviously annoyed to be there. She rolled her eyes at my dad's request for a paper bag. She again rolled her eyes at my sister when she asked for her blizzard, after her meal. She rolled her eyes at myself and slammed my change on the counter. All in front of what I'm assuming is a new employee. Even she looked extremely uncomfortable. We don't live in Town, and chose Dq as a fun, special treat to celebrate a birthday. Again, the food and cleanliness of the store was amazing, but the customer service was rude.

Very clean with a friendly staff. Food was hot and served within 8 minutes. Easy to find with ample parking. Pleasent atmosphere and comfortable seating with both booths and tables. Decor is modern and updated.

Amazing Food, Noice (It is how I say nice as I am part British btw lol) employees that provide excellent service, and the atmosphere of the establishment is decent. I would recommend the new cheesecakes they have as they are Divine (I hope I said it correctly).Parking: 10 or more parking spaces. 4 spots are handicapped.Kid-friendliness: The establishment has kid menus for kids of course, and for birthdays they have cake options.Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheel chair accessible parking parts. I think 2 or 4 if I am correct.

Took my children here for lunch today. The young girl they had working the register was so unbelievably rude and nasty. If I were her boss, I would tell her to take her things and go home. Sorry if I am an inconvenience because my family and I thought DQ sounded really good and we want to actually order something! We aren't even from Hoisington. I could explain how our visit went in full detail, but the important thing to note here is that the girl in the front needs to work in something other than a customer service job. I am sad to say this store may have lost my family for future meals/treats.On a side note, some customers at a table near me had received part of their order by a male, brown haired worker. He was so kind and courteous, spoke very politely. It made me personally feel a little better about the other woman being such a jerk. At least they arent all bad.

Chicken basket- 2 chicken planks, overcooked fries, mixed with overcooked onion rings.When I order one back home it comes with 3 chicken, fries, Texas toast, and GRAVY! If I know there was no Texas toast or gravy, I would have not gotten it.Chicken basket, 1 plain hamburger, and medium shake = $18! Glad I didn't have a family to feed! I never leave bad review..... you ask for it!Don't offer coupon to come back, I wont be back.

Bacon cheeseburger meal with a small chocolate/chocolate chip shake! Who could ask for more from fast food? Wait staff was friendly and seemed eager to be of help, even though one's foot was in a boot!

The food is pretty good for the most part, other than the cheese curds, every time there really smushed and are way too greasy. I would definitely reccomend going here for a quick and cheap meal.Parking: You can park either in the front parking spots, or in the adjacent lot for the Town and Country Supermarket.

I only live 9 miles from there but I think I only go 3 times a year so the other day I went and I asked for a chocolate old fashioned soda, the fact that once again I was told, "we don't have that" hoping and wishing like a kid again that they would say nothing other than what size but, nope. All the ingredients and ways to make one chocolate old fashioned soda are available to you so what is the issue exactly. I miss the owners of the Great Bend Dairy Queen, that happy, bald man and his scary but loving grandma scary wife--they always had one question, what size?.

Employees make me feel like I'm a bother to them for coming and ordering food. Stuck up. Prices are high. Closed on random days now. Foods not bad, ice cream is always good but that's hard to screw up. 2 stars.

The cook had an attitude when we came back to get our food fixed the manager only gave us two out of three of our right burgers and said she would only give us two when any other place would have gave you three if you ordered three I have worked in fast food isn’t hard to get a sandwich right. And be happier when you are working with customers the one employee who we first talked to was nice and willing to help. If anything with a lot of fast food restaurants they won’t make you pay if they messed up your order but this one does

Nasty! I ordered a cheese burger and it was so tough! It looked and tasted like it had been microwaved before serving.I ordered a chicken salad also, it was supposed to be with chicken bites...Nasty I watched the worker use bare hands to cut up chicken strips and add it to my salad.The salad was lettuce and 2 pieces of tomato.I don't recommend this place if you want something good to eat.

Food was good. Price is a little higher than other "fast food" places. Service needs some work. Ladies stood and the counter and chatted it up with a customer while my food sat on the rack for around 3 minutes before someone gave it to me. Cook needs to either learn to read or just pay attention. Asked for no mayo, receipt showed no mayo, sandwich had extra mayo from the looks of it.

I am really sorry for the review that I am about to give. The food is magnificent, but the employees are snooty, rude and seem to be in utter disgust with what they do for a living. There have been 2 visits out of the dozens of times we've dined here that they actually got our order out correctly and in a timely manner. Great food, lousy service. P.s. even the smallest crack of a smile goes a long, long way. Step it up Dairy Queen of Hoisington, ks, and I will update my review.

Food was great, french fries are hot, just sad to see no one behind the counter wearing a mask. Managers child was putting his hands in the toppings. Never understood when asking for a different type of cheese you get charged an extra 30 cents.

Angry employees made me very uncomfortable and the food was sadly gross and over sauced..... The Que took 10 mins for literally only me was ignored several time and glared at..... Worst Staff Ever! Only stay afloat due to no other good than pizza hut.... 2/10 horrid place

I eat here almost every day, and the service is always exceptional. The staff is friendly, the food is hot, and the environment is enjoyable. Amber, Becky, Adam, and the whole crew know what they are doing. I recommend this place to everyone.

Food good. Service iffy. When a substitute is offered be careful. They charge quit a bit more for the substitute and do not tell you the sub listed on their board is charged at regular price plus the combo price. Don't list as possible sub for item if it isn't or tell your customers ahead of time of the extra charge.
