I had done a survey after a poor experience, I received an email saying they would fix it if I talked to the manager, Lori. I went back in and it was great, very kind and excellent service. Very understanding and apologetic. The food tasted delicious and I had a really nice, relaxing time. I appreciated their effort to remedy the situation and I would say they absolutely did. I go here every so often and I try not to complain but I appreciate that they cared when I did.

Usually a prime example of good food, good atmosphere, fast delivery, and great service. Sometimes a little cramped. Last few times we've been in lately, the wait time between sitting and ordering has exceeded 20mins, despite my fiance and I both just sitting on our phones, and people around us getting refills. Last night, at 7pm, we waited 30min before deciding we'd just go across the street. I'll just order delivery next time.

Nikki was super at her job. Caught on to my jokes and even acted like they were funny. We drove over 50 mile out route in our way back to ND just bc the Daughter wanted Pizza Hut and it was worth it. Small town Pizza Hut was what we were hoping for and this place delivered.

Our original call in order did not go through, they were apologetic and gave us free drinks, made our pizza quickly and it was perfect! The crust was absolutely amazing!

foods rarely fresh, or has everything that comes with ordered meal (ex. Sandwich without ordered fries, 1 drink but not the other, no plates when specified plates are needed)Other than that I really do love Pizza Hut, great food just slackers sometimes ruin the experience.

This is a decent Pizza Hut location. Our service this time was very acceptable and the food was good. I do miss having the lunch buffet and salad bar as options at this location. The buffet was always a highlight prior to COVID.

Great food and great service in Hillsboro. The price is decent, the food is hot, and it has a warm, friendly atmosphere. It wasn't overcrowded either. It is close to the college which could be helpful if you work there, attend, or are visiting someone there. It is also very clean. Definitely recommended.

We visited today and, when the food took a little longer than they expected, they came out and said that our meal was on them today because they made a mistake. So we had to wait a little longer, but we got a free meal! The waitress was very friendly and thoughtful, and took good care of all of the customers. Needless to say she received nice tip.

My friends and I went here after church on Sunday and the wait staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was Great and they did Not try and kick us out when we were done, as it was raining.Would definitely recommend going.

I do recommend Pizza Hut in Hillsboro. I think consistency is the main thing to work on. The last pizza I got was SO good, with a good amount and nice distribution of the toppings. That was Monday 11/23/20. I enjoy the people who work there very much, and usually have a good experience!

I would recommend! Our pizza was very well made when we ordered last night, and it usually is. They did forget the garlic crust on one of them, but no big deal :)

Ordered pan crust, but received hand toss instead. Was a carryout order, so didnt realize the mistake until after I got home. I live 10 miles away, so unable to return pizza or have an adjustment done in light of mistake. Otherwise it was great.

Sorry not impressed today. Called in order asked person on phone if you still had the mini thin and crispy and told, yes. When I picked up the pizza it was a personal pan. I called the store back and told them it was wrong and I wanted my money back I was told I would have a credit there. Last time I was told there would be a credit it was never there. Finally the girl agreed to give me my money back. If it is close to what I want I will just eat it, but not today.

We got a supreme original pan pizza. Our friend got boneless wings and fries. The pizza was fantastic. The wings were average, and considering they charged $3 for the fries they were a disappointing small portion. The service was mediocre. I had to go ask for our appetizer and my water wasn't refilled until the meal was basically over. 5 Star for pizza. 2 for service and 3 for their other offerings.

I originally placed my order online but it defaulted my location to Hillsboro, KS instead of Andover. I immediately called Hillsboro and was able to cancel the order but lost the rewards I wanted to redeem. I called the Andover location, explained what happened and placed my order there. The girl on the phone honored my rewards! She offered great customer service over the phone and was very pleasant about it. We picked it up from the window and the girl was super friendly. It made for a great experience!!! Thank you!

I ordered bbq brisket pizza. The brisket was too brown and the crust was tough. Probably overbaked the whole thing. Some of the brisket had a slight burn taste to it and it seemed to have regular sauce instead of bbq. Sad experience this time around.

I always make my order light on the sauce. Last order the pizza was drowning in sauce. I usually make my oders a little unique and have to tell them in the notes what is different but still often times they dont make it that way. Its usually just a cookie cutter pizza.

Best Pizza Hut in the state of Kansas. Always clean, always friendly, always yummy. I drive from McPherson to eat Pizza and I drive past a Pizza Hut on my way out of town.

This was not a Pizza Hut problem, this was my preference...I like the Edge better than stuffed crust. But, I was trying to save money...and the deals led me toward stuffed crust.
