The vet, assistant and front desk were all very friendly, helpful and compassionate! I cannot say enough good about them! Loosing a pet is never easy but the comfort, explanation, options and hug were top notch! The prices were great too. Our normal vet nor any other in town could see our guy for over a week and he was suffering from advanced cancer. They even did a paw print keepsake. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

This place is absolutely amazing. We were traveling from out of town and forgot our pets prescription meds at home. She opened on a Saturday just to accommodate us. Dr. Jess and her entire family are just the best!

I may have a weird relationship with my dog. But she’s like my child. I probably spend more time taking care of her than I did my human child… so who I leave her with is pretty important to me. I relocated my belongings from LA to Hillsboro and needed to know she was safe as I was traversing the country. I picked her up today and she looked fantastic. She was a bit chunky when I dropped her off, so to see her looking svelte was very nice. I had zero fear about where she was or how she was being cared for while I was gone and that peace of mind is worth millions. So if you’re considering boarding your dog here, I say do it! I love Hillsboro Animal Clinic! They aren't too busy to see your pet when you need them! The workers are friendly and knowledgeable. The place is clean and homey with their own animals wandering through or lazing around!

They are very caring here. They helped our dog french fry pass on and did a wonderful job of presenting her ashes. We now have a toy bulldog and would not think of using anywhere else for her pet care. Prices here are reasonable the facilities are top notch. They do big animals too so when I do get cattle and horses I know where to go first!

My 15 year old dachshund was very sick, so I took her to see Dr. Jessica Shearer. We all agreed it was in Slinky Dink's best interest to cross the rainbow bridge. The Dr and her assistant were very supportive towards both Slinky and me through what was a very peaceful transition for Slinky, but devastating for me. They held me while I sobbed over her little body, and helped me above and beyond what was expected. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a veterinarian.

Overbooks appointments so Dr Jessica won’t take time to tell you how a surgery went or discuss aftercare, pricey & overcharges above cost quotes. Vet is easily irritated, unprofessional & gives very poor customer service. It’s all about getting the next customer in. Also the euthanasia they use causes nausea & vomiting right before they pass and they won’t upgrade to a more compassionate way. The pets best interests aren’t put first & they want your pet to stay there on their last night instead of with you.

0/5 STARS!we have a stray male cat we took to them for the nutter and release program that was suppose to be free. AT NO POINT WAS A 70 DOLLAR FEE TOLD TO US. when we went to pick the cat up they tryed to charge me 70 dollars and when i wouldn't pay they then said he would just be PUT DOWN! i couldnt let that happen so they are sending me a 70 dollar bill for a stray cat now. NEVER GO HERE. GO TO THE VET IN MARION
