I bought a shower head. I had problems with it. So I tried to return it the next day. I walked in the door and a lady asked if she could help me. I told her I had a return, she started to do the return and she said with a snotty voice, "This has been opened! You didn't tell me that!" I said What does it matter/yes of course I opened the package/ that's when I discovered a problem with it. She told me that someone that was not there has to look at it Monday.I explained to her that I am not from this town, and asked if she could call this person.(Twice) She was very condescending, and talked with a loud nasty tone!She refused.I asked her to not talk to me this way.She said in quote "Button it up!"I said are up kidding me. Then she asked me to leave. And I did.In these days of businesses trying to survive....I think I will drive to Norton (Do it Best)!Where they resolved my problem with the shower head no problems or hassles.Hill city location=horrible customer serviceNorton location=Excellent customer service

They have a very large inventory for a small town store! It is a nice place to shop.

Not friendly service at all never is will not be visiting their again would rather shop Home Depot or Menards I guess they don't need your money there they treat you terrible
