Note to ownership: I understand staffing is an issue in this time and age. It’s hard to find people that want to work. With that being said, you simply cannot leave two young workers alone on a Friday evening to run the entire location on their own. I watched Jacob and his coworker dedicate every bit of their energy into serving a significant amount of cars. They did so with grace, determination, and great customer service abilities. You’re lucky they didn’t walk off the job. I’m not going to act as if I know what running a restaurant is all about, but I can confidently say, if two school-age boys were left to work at my restaurant without help, I would be there assisting them. Give those boys a raise.

I would maybe reconsider before coming here. It seems like it’s a bunch of high school kids who don’t take their jobs seriously. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for two burgers and fries. Which the burgers were made wrong and the fries we stale and cold. Go to Casey’s across the street and grab some pizza! Way better

I ordered a route 44 cherry limeade with light ice and extra cherries. There was 4 lime wedges and 2 cherries full of ice. There was only two cars in the parking lot so there should of been more care in my drink. It tasted like water and lime. Wasn't happy.2nd time going there and had the same result. I'm not paying to have no cherries, full of ice. Tastes nasty like lime toilet water. The cashier was rude and clearly had a problem as I watched her pour lime into the cup instead of dumping out the ice as asked. I have reported this store to corporate as the issues keep reoccurring.

I usually stop here before work. Up until now, I've had no complaints. I ordered 2 corn dogs and a rte44 cherry Dr pepper, easy ice. My corn dogs are old and burnt and my drink is full of ice. What the hell?

Ordered on line good food didn't get my marinara sauce 3rd time in a row today 12-6-21 I ordered a hamburger no lettuce tomato pickles onion or cheese and add bacon they failed to put bacon on it and put cheese and pickles on itEdit December 4 2023 ordered a foot long coney got charged for a coney and got a regular hotdog fries are cold and they don't give you your receipt anymore

We ordered two breakfast burritos and 1/2 price real fruit slashes. Great food and great service.Parking: Sonic is a drive-in and you get a ordering kiosk at every parking spot.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair ramps for walk upstairs and accessible parking spots on the ends of both rows.

I always use the app to order ahead. I never have to wait for my order to be brought out unless I misjudge my time and get there earlier than the time I selected. Even then, I've never had to wait more than about 5 minutes. The employees are generally always cheerful, and their quick service is appreciated.

They have good food but it's too expensive. I like the mozzarella sticks and tater tots. They get my order wrong sometimes. Food is good and hot. Sometimes the shakes and ice cream products aren't mixed enough. I feel like they take forever whether they're busy or not.

Sat in the drive thru for 8 minutes.. a car was at the window.. I was never greeted!! After approximately 5 minutes I even said "Hello".. seen a person inside with a headset on.. talking to person at the window..I left.. I don't know if the car behind me received service.. but I surely didn't!!

Sat in the drive through for 45 minutes for a couple drinks and ice creams. The unfriendly teenager gave us our drinks then he said ice cream would take awhile to get out. No sorry or sorry for the inconvenience. Just “it’s going to take a bit”. By far the worse customer service experience ever. Won’t come back.

They take entirely to long to deliver your food and once you do wait its for cold food that tastes like its sat for a whole shift. Not a single time have I gone that my trip took less then 20 minutes start to finish. This is unexceptional for such a small town that should have less then a 5 minute wait.

Best Sonic service! Employees are so friendly. Can't say enough about the amazing manager and staff. I love how the food is fresh every time we order. The menu is wonderful which so many choices for any meal. Love happy hour prices.

It's a bit slow sometimes, but they're beginning to remember the sauces. For most of this year and last, they'd look you straight in the face, ask what sauces you want, then hand you a sauce-less sack. It was so bad, I thought for sure they had a contest going internally to see who could fail to give sauces to the most customers. They all tied for 1st, with a score of "yes."

Waited 10 minutes in stall, no one took my order. Backed out and got into drive thru line.... another 7 minutes and didn't even get to the speaker to order. There were only 2 cars ahead of me in the line, and only one at the pick-up window. Ended up driving off.... Only have a 30 min dinner break. This was at 8 pm.....

Don't listen to customer orders., had to wait 20 minutes for my food in drive through. not cool. My burger was wrong when I got home. A #3 it a ten dollar meal and they messed it up. Could easily give my business to burger garage.

Its edible but not enjoyable. I ordered a chicken sandwich only mayo. I opened the wrapper showed my husband and quoted a commercial "squished fish patty on a bun" yep that was what it reminded us of. We waited FOREVER for it too.

The service tonight was HORRIBLE!!!! We drove in and parked at 9:12 p.m. we ordered 1 medium shake and it took them 11 minuets to get it out to the car. There were 5 kids on staff all talking and goofing off. I've never waited that long on a burger and fries!!! All they had to make was a shake and then when we asked them why it took to long the car hop got snotty and said "they didn't tell me it was ready" and walked away. Mean while my shake is melting and dripping down the side of the cup because it had been sitting on the counter so long while she was goofing. I walk in asked for a replacement or a refund and asked the manager why it took so long to get my shake, her reply "I forgot to tell her it was ready" and yet she too was also messing around and goofing off with the guys who weren't even on the clock they were there just hanging out. No wonder there was such poor service when they're off duty employees come in and distract the paid people from serving the customers. POOR VERY POOR!!!!!!

I got the BEST Diet DP with diet cherry here. I usually never order additives because most places overdo it. The balance was perfect! All I got was a drink so I can't speak for the food.

Cold food, wrong drinks, slow to deliver, and ice cream that was not very cold. When I called to explain what happened, all they said was "sorry about that." The carhop that brought out the food even said they had too many people inside with 2 or 3 being trained. Very dissapointed with this sonic

The boneless wings I ordered resulted in a 20 minute wait in the drive though. The first 10 mins no one acknowledged until we knocked on the window. Food was good and staff friendly for the most part.

This is the best Sonic site by far. Management takes pride in delivering high class food in a short time! If anything is incorrect, you never have to plead a case, it's fixed and replaced without question!

Be very careful pulling in/out of parking stalls! They adjusted the menu stands! One of my friends scraped the side of her vehicle.Not sure why they changed them... not a fan!The tables could be wiped down every month or so!
