Was not expecting a full home improvement store. For the longest time the name made me think that they simply were a Lumberyard but upon entering the store I found out that they provide nearly every construction service to my knowledge. Definitely an exciting find and I look forward to comparing prices since it is a local store I would rather support them then a big box.

I had driven by this place numerous times and thought they only carried lumber. It is so much larger than I realized. There is an actual hardware store with every type of item you would need, hidden away on a side road. Business would improve markedly I think had put the store in a visible location. So please go there, support the store. It's great.

Bought our carpet from here. Sales person was super friendly and helpful. Got us a good deal. The delivery was good. This place also has tools and things. Will definitely be using it more now that I discovered it.

Terrible customer service for warranty work. Have been waiting months for a replacement seal for our French doors they installed. Door tech continuously puts us off, gives excuses and has poor communication skills. Still waiting with no clear answers.

Had Kropf Lumber order 4 basement windows custom made 14 x 36 two weeks later got the windows and four weeks now still waiting on the windows screans $800 you think they would find a more reliable company to get there high price windows from 😳

Was shown to the item we were looking for right away. Salesperson excused herself and said she would be back soon. We grabbed a few samples and left after 20 minutes.
