Very disappointed at the Haysville store. Excuses for not being able to turn rotors Saturday (20 May 23). Wasn’t in a rush to get them. The employee said they might be warped. Took them to the S. Broadway store 47th st. They mic’s them & said they will turn them. Will pick them up Sunday. I said that I wasn’t in a rush, but he said they will be ready Sunday. I guess I’ll take my business to the S. Broadway /47th st. store & no longer shop the Haysville store even though I live in Haysville!

Isaac [manager] was very helpful. I got the wrong wipers for my kids car and he helped me exchange them, and then he went and put them on! I didn't even need help! Great staff. You almost can't comment on cost of anything anymore since nothing is cheap anymore, but I didn't feel gouged.Will go back for sure

Great experience, I don't normally use this location as I'm not from here but this was the only location that had a part I was needing right away. The guys were friendly and helpful, they grabbed the part quick and even corrected the price quick and without griping when I showed them the price I'd been quoted. Actually a very different experience from what I'm accustomed.

Needed a washer for the shut-off valve for a motorcycle gas tank. Didn't find one here. I bought a $10 gasket sheet and made one.The service was great, very helpful.

I only had to buy washer fluid one day, a can of oil another day. After my purchases, both times the very friendly gentlemen helped me getting my car hood open, (2002 Ford Crown Vic, hood doesn't pop like it used to), and even filled the reservoirs for me. Being handicapped, I sincerely appreciated the help.

Cheaper than auto zone. Workers are helpful. Always have what I need in stock. They are even willing to pull the part I need , and have it ready for me when I get there.

Always good to check tires, electrical systems since my 2007 Ford Fusion Sel sometimes over heats & lots of sensors go mid-engine light, oil, gas cap, even though it's put on tightly. I go there often because both Trudo's Automotive Business & Don's Automotive Business on Main Street in Haysville & Grand Street aren't open on Saturday or Sundays.
