I’d like to commend the current manager and employees as in the past this store was not pleasant to be in. It looks and feels much better and they’ve taken the time to clean it and make the aisles organized and easy to shop. Keep up the good work, it’s quite noticeable!

My visit today was better than normal. Yes they only had one cashier but she was very friendly and didn't mind doing a couple of price checks for me. MOST of the employees at the Haysville store are very nice and helpful.

Store is so messy you can barely get through the aisles. Cashier forgot some of my items, was on their cell phone talking to someone, only the one cashier there while a long line was waiting, and then adds a donation to my total without my consent. It’s a very unprofessional and dirty atmosphere.

I've been shopping at this location for several years now and I really don't have any complaints. The store is usually organized pretty well, with the exception of when they are stocking. They have a great variety of merchandise to choose from, and the prices are comparable to other dollar stores. Clean, with friendly, helpful staff. Nice place to shop.

Straight up, never go here if you can avoid it, place is awful. There's always only one person at the register regardless of how many workers are there and they're always the slowest at the job.If you wanna shop and have 10 extra years to kill waiting in line then this is the place for you, if not just make the goods yourself.. it'll be faster.

It's the best Dollar General in Wichita. Why isn't the rest of them in Wichita and Haysville like that store. They have just about anything you want there and everything has a place there it's not all junked up. I will continue to take my business there as long as it stays like it is right now. Very nice.Thank you!!

Great place to buy even brand name for 50% less than you can at any grocery stores and department stores the've got food ,dishes,cat &dog food, foil, parchment paper, paper plates wedding party ensemble like plates and cups plastic fancy plastic forks birthday anniversaries there are cards, books cleaning supplies even if you're not on a budget this makes more sense to shop here and not have to paying top dollar for name brands.

The entrance is pretty cluttered, and for a bulkier person like me, its a bit of a hassle to navigate around it's showcases and shelves. Called once and managed to ask one question of a few and the one who answered hung up after finishing their answer and didn't even ask if that was all. However, being a dollar general, price isn't much of a concern, but expect what you pay.

The girls that work there are very unfriendly, unhelpful, and rude. Didn't say anything to me but the total I owed cuz they were busy talking to each other about how they should get free pizza from their boss on super bowl Sunday cuz they have to work. Didn't even say here's your receipt, nothing.

I do love this place but it doesnt have a bike rack. I rode there on my bike and had to leave without even going inside because I couldnt keep my bike safe. I thought there was one but it didn't have one. Other than that, it's a very great place to shop.

Returns or even switch for right product a nightmare. Got a pair of pajama pants and one leg was 4-5 inches shorter. I swear on my kid's life. Took them back next day to exchange them and couldn't do it only a different manager could. Said they liked frayed on the draw string. Really?

I love Dollar General ..it goes in to small towns all over the U.S. and offers the people who live near a chance to get things so they don't have to go in to a larger city ..just wish it was bigger, when the trucks come in and they are stocking the shelf...it is so hard to get around..

No planograms are ever set. Just boxes everywhere. There could be 20 customers in the checkout line and 3 people working and only one cashier. They completely ignore you unless they know you. The "new management" didn't make it any better like we had hoped.

Even with the space and storage issues this store has, I always find what I need or the staff will call other stores to find it for me!The girls who work here are always amazing and I truly don’t mind the rest since they make up for it in great customer service!

The Dollar General in Haysville is my favorite place to hate. I’m disabled so I don’t get out of Haysville much, but usually go to DG for dogfood and paper supplies. Some things they are cheaper than the grocery store across the street and some things they are more expensive. My biggest problem is that you don’t just run in and get something as most times there will be 8 people stacked up at one register and there will be maybe 1 or 2 more doing something else. Apparently they can only stock during business hours and their tiny little isles have big carts of product in the isles. The whole store is about the size of my living room. I can’t get irritated at the employee cuz apparently it is the fault of whoever owns the franchise.

The staff here is so friendly! One time I left my DL and they were so quick to find me and return it to me! I am so grateful for them!! The store is well put together too!

There were two instances where the cashier would just go somewhere else and leave the cash register unattended, making customers wait too long. That's not what I consider good service.

Its a nice little store. They have everything you could possibly want. Most of the workers are nice but there is always this one worker that is kinda rude.

Just left the haysville store. Five people in line, three people behind the counter and one register open. You could tell the girl working the register was trying to hurry but one girl behind the counter was talking about waking up with a bloody nose, cough and how her electrolytes were low. Myself and another customer put our stuff down and left. The girl talking was literally making me sick to my stomach. Gross

Love to go to Dollar General. Need to keep those prices below WalMart though or most people will just go to WalMart where they can get everything in one store. I spend a lot of money at Dollar General. Been told everytime I have the longest receipt of the month. As long as I can buy the same items cheaper at Dollar General compared to WalMart; I CHOOSE DOLLAR GENERAL !

I stopped at Haysville Dollar General for a few items. The line was backed up and down an isle one person checking people out while the manager just sat in the office. I left and went across the street...didn't have to wait in line forever there. I probably won't be back to that Dollar General.

Don't always have what I need but it's always a quick stop if they do. Unless they get their truck in. Then it's terribly crowded and you can't see or move anything. They have got to get a better system for that.
