Was super easy. Just had to create a quick profile, choose the size of unit I wanted, pay, then just a few minutes later I received via email and text my unit number and pass code and didn't even have to leave my chair. Only took about 5 minutes or so and will gladly use them again in the future.

Ashley was extremely rude over the phone after I explained what my issues were. she acted as if I was inconveniencing her and she had better things to do. From the very beginning she was snarky and condescending and overall didn’t seem interested in the conversation or assisting me in finding a solution.0/10 would NOT recommend

The company doesn’t care about long term customers. Unit prices increased about every 6months and my things were caked in dust and dirt and insects from the unit. The online and phone service are horrific to deal with.The only perk was the price. Overall I'm just very frustrated about the service received.

Place is trash. Cameras are for show and have not worked in the past 6 months. They did not alert customers of this. Owner knows storage units have been tampered with but has not called situation into police or made reports. Their contract states they do not have to maintain the gate or cameras. If your stuff gets stolen you are SOL. They do not care about you or your stuff. You are nothing more than cash cows to them. Do not go here.

Good storage however the buildings are pretty close together if you have a 26' Uhaul truck.

Our son rented a unit for storing his truck while he was in the army and the unit was broken into twice. Once someone cut the lock the next time they cut off the part the lock goes into. The camera's didn't pick up anything. This place is NOT safe for storing your things.

Horrible customer service. She is a straight up liar and thief. The management has tried to steal money by hitting my credit card twice on more then one occasion and then refusing to return money untill police have to intervene.Refuses to give owners name & number, when you have a problem that needs to be taken care of because I refuse to deal with her (she is the problem) , I had to property search to locate it.I've also seen them go into storage that was just rented and rummage through person things.

Been trying to get access to a families storage spot for a camper. Already paid, and it's been 3 days we can't get in. 0/10 don't recommend.

Staff is friendly although security is very lacking. Gate is often open and won't shut. And security cameras are a joke. So someone was able to easily break into my unit and steal several things and I was basically told "sorry bout your bad luck"

Very bad service was told to be here by 5 to see the unit and pay and then I sit in my car for 1 hour and no one here but yet door open but screen locked. Call them and all they say is reach to manger and then the owner and call me back and nnothing. Then was told be 28 buck for 10 by 5 by 8 and online it waiting list and it 32 when was told had unit available. They did care if they lose me as a customer and I have family here to.

Terrible place to rent from, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They took out a payment unlawfully when I didn't even have a storage unit there anymore. BEWARE!

Decent cheap place to store anything you may need. Haysville Police Department is there to keep everything secure and if anything is questionable they would do not hesitate.
