I don’t usually write reviews anywhere but I am not sure what else to do in this situation. My boyfriend came into the store to get a couple of things and I was looking for kids clothes. I turned down an aisle and one of the employees, Maggie, stepped out in front of me so she could grab clothes and gave me a dirty look because I must’ve been in her way or something. Instead of her politely saying excuse me or sorry she gave me a dirty look and walked away. I chose to ignore this but as we were checking out our items she proceeded to not say a single word to us, wouldn’t make eye contact or anything. Probably one of the most unfriendly experiences I’ve had with customer service and I’m not sure what we did to deserve that. I understand she was probably having a bad day but her actions were very unprofessional and I was not impressed. I have worked in customer service before and sure there were some stressful days but I would never let it affect the way I treated customers.

Very nice new store. Wide variety of selection of men's, women's children's clothing and shoes, farm and animal supplies, some home goods, tools, tires, automotive parts, gun cases, outdoor sports equipment, the list is long! A nice addition to the Hays shopping! And they have a Pet Wash! It's so very convenient to give our puppy a bath!

I went in to the store on Monday to purchase chicken feed, and they only had 2 bags in stock. Those store manager offered/insisted to order in more for me, and I let her know that I lived an hour away and would be back this weekend. On Tuesday, I called the store and asked them to put 4 bags of game bird feed on hold also, and they got my name and said they were holding them. Tonight, my brother was in town and went to pickup the items and had a horrible experience. The store manager was very rude to him, acted like she had no idea what was going on, and told him they were too busy to check in the back. She finally told him he'd have to come back tomorrow because she couldn't deal with it. Had I known that the manager offering to order something would be such a hassle, I would have gone elsewhere from the start. Horrible customer service. Don't offer to do something and then act like a customer is an inconvenience.

Several employees but they were so busy chatting amongst themselves they didn't have time to help customers. Finally left with what I could find myself, will go to the one in great bend where they actually care about customer service. Hays store manager needs to pay attention to what his\her employees are doing.

We were greeted with a smile and the staff was very helpful as we were pricing chicks to start our backyard coop. Tami Boller walked us around to look at necessity for us to price. We had only plan on pricing but with the service we were received decided to buy.Then the other Associate helped us get the chicks and setup for a brooding box. We were very pleased with the service we received from both. Tami Boller went above and beyond to help load and secure our purchases home. We will definitely be returning for all our chicken needs.

Friendly helpful staff and a nice clean new store with lots of items to help you around the farm or house. Nice supply of products for your pets and farm animals. They also have a nice selection of young hatchling chickens and ducks to help get your flocks up and going. Prices seen to be competitive.

Waited 20 minutes or better to fill propane tank. They could not fill because tank not new enough. Don't waste your time if your tanks aren't pretty new. The guy down from vine and bypass 4 way stop filled with no problem.

Went to pick up a couple bags of dog food after work, still had about 14 minutes till they were supposed to close so figured I'd rush over there just to get there to find the doors closed earlier then what the closing time was supposed to be

Another place requiring face masks.Looks like I'll go somewhere else that is reasonable. The $350 tool box is available in Pratt. They're not disillusioned by a mictoscopic disease being stopped by a 200 thread count "mask".Idiots.
