Great store! I would just like it more if when I went to check out, multiple employees would not engage in personal conversation (happened tonight). It just feels rude and neglects the customer who is inevitably first. Not just myself, but any customer comes before personal talk from employees. Aside from that, the woman in the paint department was fantastic! She knew her stuff and was just tops at her job! HD may have the best paint department in town, never had back luck there... Quality workers and products.I do love this place. Everything is easy to find and if you can't find it, someone is usually happy to help. Overall, my experiences have been super and my family and I will definitely be returning and returning and returning lol...

Love the selection they have here. The staff is helpful too. Wish they had a better selection of mums, but this late in the season most of the good ones has most likely been bought already. Love the ceiling fans and paint selection. Hurry if you a good selection of Christmas decorations right now and don't forget to check into Pro account! You rack up points to save money and they do Military discounts

Place of tools. I like tools! One who like tools and spending lots of money at home Depot. A trip to home Depot is not just a quick affair you must intend to spend several hours. Arousing the tool section looking at future projects and assessing prices on whichever material you deem necessary. Should one spend the money now for a larger volume of things such as a gallon of wood glue which you may never use yet due to the price being quicker and cheaper to buy a 1 gallon container versus a 16 oz or 32 oz or anything other than that $25 for tight bond two is far better than any other price that they have. I do wish they would have some description on what paint Numbers mean yeah I do understand that the more expensive it is the better to pigment than the better the paint yet still cheap paint can still be just as good they seem to use it in them half a million dollar home the contractors build contractor pay see contractor paint. So while you're in line keep in mind to buy a tool for your brand of batteries that you already have.

I got a few things I wanted, but I wanted to get the cordless shopvac that I have been trying to get since last year. On the end of an isle they had an advertisement for that exact shopvac, get it now for 50% off. $59.88.... NO ONE I TALKED TO KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT IT, OR ABOUT THE SIGN HANGING UP IN FRONT OF THEM. Again they said they didn't have it & it's not on their computer. Very frustrated with the situation!

Bought a ceiling fan from Home Depot had broken blade. Contacted customer assistance. Got no results after two weeks. Call them back. They emailed me and said my copy of the receipt wasn’t legible after two weeks. Still no resolve.

Had a fairly specialized light bulb I bought brand new and got home, it stopped working after a couple of days. I took it back to get a new one, but they said they couldn’t since I did not have my receipt and they couldn’t look it up since I paid cash. The staff was super helpful, so not a reflection of them at all. Just kind of a frustrating policy when they will not stand behind their product.

I was originally going to leave a 1 star for the “help” I received by some older men who wouldn’t look at me or answer any questions, said two/three words max and walked away.Not shortly later saw one of the same older men smiling all happy helping a man, not sure why they wouldn’t help but that’s not okay.However at check out a gentleman was very nice to my mom and I, wish I could remember his name. Then we needed help loading some fencing materials into the truck, the two guys that helped us at that point are the reason I changed this to a 4 star. They were very patient, kind and made sure that the fencing materials would stay securely in the back of the pickup. Thank you so much Dylan and Will!!!

I was not very happy. I went today to buy plants for my flower beds. They had a bunch of Hostas with me a big sign stating they were $6.98 so I was going to buy some. When I get to the cash register I was told on no they are 8.98. I even showed them the sign that said in big bold letters 6.98 but they would not honor the price. In my eyes this is blatant price gouging! Makes me wonder what else they have "mismarked" in this store! Be very careful!

This looks like a typical Home Depot store, but the employees are not typical Home Depot employees. My daughter and I were traveling through and stopped to get something we couldn't get in the small community we live in. We were very impressed with how friendly and helpful the employees were. It was just like going into a store in our home community where we know everyone that works there. The store was amazingly clean and orderly, as well.

Traveling from Flordia, in Kansas. Went into store to get several things. They do not give Veterns a discount with out using there app. The lady waiting on us said she would do it for us, but went to Manager they said no needed the app. Our phone was in the motorhome way out in parking lot. The lady she went to was rude.

The girls in paint were great, very helpful and friendly. Everywhere else is hit or miss. South checkout area is usually packed with employees, who always seem busy with something else tho and the most help ive received from that area in my last 3 trips was being directed to the self checkout at the other end of the store.

It's kind of like 'A Home Depot is a Home Depot', kind of like a 'Walmart is a Walmart'.It's usually easy to find what you're looking for because they're all laid out pretty much the same (or mirrored).I just went in this time for a few small items, but the young man at the counter when checking out was great, he was professional yet friendly, he engaged in conversation and made note that I had on an 'Army Veteran' cap as well as noticing when he scanned my code thing on the app that I received the 10% Military discount as well as being a ProX member and acknowledged those.Sometimes your visit to a store like the Home Depot can be a bit mundane and the people and customer service are the ones that make the difference as this young man did.

Good Home Depot. Check out the paint department. That guy in there, and his name escapes me, but he is hilarious! He’s been there a long time and I appreciate his help. Good guy and makes the pain of spending a grand on paint less painful.

Very helpful greeters. I'm on crutches temporarily, needed help getting my purchase and loading it. Paid and was told someone was getting my stuff and would load it. The greeter asked one employee who was "busy" and then called someone. The "busy" guy finished what he was doing, walked around a bit, checked out a customer while avoiding looking my way. After 30 min, a manager came by and started a conversation. It took about 5 minutes and the "busy" guy had my stuff and had it loaded. Otherwise 5 star

I ordered a refrigerator. First tried online but it wouldn’t let me change the delivery zip code (COVID) so I called. The staff were inexperienced and tried 3 times (unsuccessfully) to put in my order. I had to repeat my information multiple times. Finally a manager got on the phone and the order was placed. April 15. No big deal! I live an hour away and called may 5 to make sure it was delivered to the store before I drove to pick it up. 10am they told me it was scheduled for delivery but they weren’t sure if it was delivered on last nights truck or if it will be here on todays truck or the truck after they close! So I called back at 3 and they said it had been rescheduled for May 21. I’m irrate at this point! So fine, I’ll wait but if I decide to cancel later, will I get a refund. They said yes but couldn’t cancel until it was delivered to the store. Today a deposit was made to my account from Home Depot. I called to see if they went ahead and canceled my order, sure enough but they asked if I wanted to reorder. I asked if it would still be here on the 21st. They told me we’re not sure but we can try. I refused. All in all, horrible experience. Horrible customer service. And the staff is unaware of what’s going on in the store. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
