Good and clean. What more you want out of a grocery store. Things are relatively easy to find. Prices are on par, especially with the times. I use my Dillon’s card app to actually save some bread on some bread.😆

it’s 1 degree out and I have a flat tire. Thanks to your jank compressors I wasn’t able to air up my tire and now it’s on the rim needing a tow. Fix your air pumps asap. 0/10

I shop here regularly and always have a good experience however I saw an event today that prompts me to leave this review. There was an older gentleman with a veterans hat in front of me at the register who was paying with a card that kept getting declined. He pulled out cash but was a couple dollars short. The cashier, without even saying anything reached into her own wallet and took the money out to help this elderly gentleman get the groceries he was trying to purchase and when the gentleman offered to pay her back on his next visit she said dont worry about, you have already paid me back with your service to the country. I believe the cashiers name is Diana and that woman deserves a giant pat on her back from corporate as well as recognition from store management. It may have only been a couple dollars but things are tight for everyone right now and that was definately going above and beyond for the company.

Staff are friendly and attentive, the store seems to be clean every time I'm in there. The gas pumps are well tended, never really left alone. Pretty much the only reason I'm giving this a four stars because of the routes in and out of the parking lot. And for some reason I really get a kick out of the 1960s aesthetic they have for the signage.

Pump 4 at your fuel island is a joke . You can barely read the screen or not at all. I Informed the attendant and was told it had been reported for 2 weeks already ! Dillons this isn't the first time I've had issues with your gas pumps . I feel sorry for these attendants having to apologize constantly for minor stuff that's an easy fix . Dillons for the cost of your gas do better.

My favorite little grocery store. Wide selection, organic choices, local produce, and it's close to home. They have lovely employees and it is always clean and well kept. They do however get rid of products extremely quickly.

Most of the rebel ice cream towards the back has been thawed and refroze so it’s icy and ruined. I’ve bought several that were bad. This gets old.

To start off with was charged $23.83 or soda was it was priced as $10 for 4. Won’t let me return it had to go to big Dillion’s to the return. Talked to the manager and they said “it’s because of sells we dont want to hurt them but doing a return”. Yeah watch out for Karen, she really be a Karen.

I love going to Dillons on Vine St or Hall St, for I receive warm greetings, great service (in the Pharmacy & other areas). Then to top it off..GAS POINTS to save when my pickup needs gas. Their competitor doesn't do this.

This Dillion's always has what I need in stock, staff is friendly and quick most of the time. Cashier area is a bit crazy at times, during peak times, usually. Place is clean and organized otherwise

The staff is pretty friendly here and helpful. The store was also very clean and well organized. Only downside is the prices. Very expensive unless buying in bulk which can get one good discounts but Hays overall is very pricy.

I knew that even in our current climate with a terrible orange man is a president that when I came in to Dillons and saw how Flawless the bakery was I knew that everything was going to be okay he might one day have a heart attack maybe tomorrow even and I'll know that long after he's gone this Bakery will still be flawless that's customer service almost a Flawless has this run-on sentence

Most times very good but today the check lady was very bad and some what rude. She dropped two packages of my meat in floor and did not say a word and rang them up. When I got home found one pages that had a finger hole in it.

A smaller, quietier, friendlier Dillons store. The employees are hands on and knowledgable. Best place to shop in Hays if you have anxiety or prefer less crowds.

People r sitting outside having a smoke break, others r standing around talking to each other instead of helping customers. One cashier for 10 checkouts? And nobody in the booth? This store is a joke. Will never come back.
