Dillons is like a food mall! Lots of people, lots of food and lots of hot food too. The employees are very helpful. They have self check out. There is an app for savings. This is our new favorite place to shop for food. They have a starbucks in the store too.

Terrible service. The man (wears a hat) who works self check out was extremely rude over a mistake. I told him he could go after he decided to be condescending to me and to my 8 year old who moved something on the belt. As he went back to his spot further down at the other self checkouts someone gave their condolences to him because I told him to go away and he responded "it happens all the time", which I'm sure it does because no one wants to deal with a condescending jerk.

Finally was able to get my hands on the N95 masks provided by the US government free of out of pocket cost to citizens… of all places @ Dillions grocery store in Hays Kansas.The masks were located near the back of the store… by the pharmacy.Just wish Dillions would have had the masks strategically located at the entrance of the store where people first walk in, so those inclined might actually “wear them” in the store?Masks are still “required” to be worn by customers shopping at Dillions (according to the sign at the front) - but this mandate is “never enforced” and you see customers all the time not wearing masks while shopping in total disregard of others safety and their own?The other peculiar thing l noticed was that Dillions employees ( “cashiers, managers, stockers”) were not wearing N95’s - instead they were all wearing cheap cloth and paper masks which are inferior to N95 masks?You would think the first people Dillions would have distributed the N95’s masks to were their own 👉🏻front line employees.With that said - great job Dillions for making these N95 masks available to the public through your supply chain.

I live out of state and 3 different times I have ordered flowers to be delivered to friends who have lost loved ones or have had surgery. I am so pleased with the arrangements that were sent each time. The delivered bouquets are stunning. I praise the work of those in the floral department. I will continue to use your stores floral department in further times of need. Thank you

I usually like shopping here since it's so close to my house, but beware. The store hours posted here aren't correct. Recently, the store began closing at 10 pm S-F and at 11 on Saturdays. The store employees thankfully let me grab a few items even after I accidentally came in after the new closing hours. But, I wanted to write a review to make others aware of this change so they don't make similar mistakes.

Shopping wise I've always loved Dillons. They've got the freshest stuff around so I was shocked by the circus that goes on behind the scenes. My first clue should have been Cindy the hiring manager complaining about how no one wants to work anymore during my job interview. Ok, that's true enough I suppose. I didn't really start questioning management even after they scheduled me outside my availability TWICE. What really concerned me was when I was called into the office for an alleged no call no show on January 14th. These 2 geniuses in management needed me to tell them that today was the 13th but hey, Cindy was sure to let me know I "got away with it this time"! What really broke the camels back however was when I was only getting 4 hours for the second week in a row. I told them to fix it or I'm done. Management proceeded to give me the lamest excuse such as how slow it was this month which I find interesting considering that they proudly display their "WE'RE HIRING!" banners and are constantly hiring. I may have been harsh when I told them to fix it or I quit but they're adults and they can handle a little criticism. Thanks Dillons for wasting my time even though this only took place over the course of a SINGLE MONTH of working there.

Usually the checkers are super friendly and helpful but when I went to pick up a prescription Wednesday evening the young man in the pharmacy was downright nasty and rude, wasn't greeted or asked for DOB or name just stood there looking bored and when I questioned him about the cost, he rolled his eyes and stomped off to get someone else in charge. Never was told thank you, wasn't given my debit card receipt didn't even bother to staple the bag shut. This is NOT acceptable behavior.

Nice clean store with pleasant staff.They are currently in the middle of a remodel but the store is still very functional so that's a nice surprise.

Nice store, but never enough cashiers. It is very stressful to shop there because the checkout process is so rushed. 2 cashiers at 11 am in a huge supermarket is not enough. I was so rushed because their line was backed up that I forgot about an item at the bottom of the cart, then I got yelled at.

Great employees!!! It's always a race to find what you need and since the remodel the employees have a hard time finding thing, you wait 15 min to just hear them say"Sorry, we're out". Will never shop there again bad experience. Walmart looks better and has more. Kroger lost a prime customer for life.

Visited store 9/16/21 around 6 PM. Wanted to purchase sushi and items from deli. Service was horrible to say the least. Employees in both departments totally ignored us. Stared right at us and said nothing. Needless to say there are plenty of other places to spend our money.

Very clean and welk stocked, like the salad bar! Dillon ' employees are very friendly, a young man, Ryan, was very nice and helpful. He knew were items were in the store and git us right to them. It's employees like that that will bring me back to that store over and over! Well done!

I want to thank store manager Don, for his excellent customer service and generous acts of kindness in obtaining a holiday meal for a friend. There was a bit of a mix up but Don handled the problem by making a special delivery which was a 50 mi. round trip. This is above and beyond regular service in my view. I am out of state and everyone I talked to at Dillons was very nice and really wanted to make sure they got the order right. The customer service at this store is outstanding. Thank you to everyone at Dillons and thank you Don!

My only problem since they remodeled was not having an aisle dedicated to only organic goods. Since they have completed the remodel it takes me twice as long to find what I am looking for because they have three spots for olive oil, two spots for balsamic vinaigrette, etc. They would have been better off leaving it the way it was during the remodel, as far as the organic goods go. Hope they change this soon or I will find myself at the little Dillions where the organic goods are bunched together.Respectfully,Dylan Nuttle

I totally trust my Dillons to provide anything I need. Customer Service is outstanding. The freshness and quality of the fruit and veggies is excellent. I shop with ad weekly and always save well.

I almost never leave comments on these things. I just pick o the stars and move along. We grocery shop and lets face it.. it's pick up pay for.. go home and eat.. repeat.. it becomes mundane and unremarkable.. today was different.. I knewe all she was busy... Toiling away like the other employees to be sure but smiling. I could tell she noticed me and offered assistance. I begged off telling her it could wait til she finished. She insisted with almost a song in her voice. I didn't really know what I was looking for because a friend of mine had brought me a sample of it and it was hard to describe. She helped me find it offered some samples to my friends and then went to get the pkg that was needed.. offered to cut it which we declined.. when we left I turned back. And she was back to work.. back to smiling.. I will certainly shop there again.. name tag said Lisa Cheese Steward.

It seems since they remodeled they are always out of what I am looking for. Not just one time but all the time. Also call me spoiled but I wait until we visit my mother-in-law​ to buy fruit. The fruit in Hays is sub par. I have watched on more then on occasion the manager just lay into one of his meaningless worker's. That is disturbing to see. At night when one goes into shop there is usually a college aged person to ask questions. The customer might as well go outside and ask the parking lot attendant, because you are not going to get a useful anwser. I guess I come from the big city and live here now and I am not use to, "What you see if what you get" as an answer. It is just disrespectful. I know nothing will ever change I was hoping with the up grades but it's worse. Still hopeful.

The Pharmacy Transferred My RX's From Phx.Az. And Did It Fast And Was Very Friendly. Couldn't Ask For Any Better Service. I Bought My Groceries And A Young Lady, Courtney Kaler Would Tell Where Everything Was Located When I Couldn't Find It. I Had Been Gone For Two And Half Years. So It Made Shopping Much Easier!!!
