Thankyou so much!!!! I had the nicest, kindest service here while on a trip across country with my two dogs. I have never been treated so kindly at a gas station, she was so thoughtful and friendly and visited with me as I had to stop driving due to snow and exhaustion. I was able to park in back and sleep until day light and was greeted with a warm smile and a clean bathroom and delicious cup of hot coffee!!!Thankyou a million times, sometimes just a friendly person is everything!!!!!💯🎯❤️

1st pump the screen didn’t work and then I had to go in for the receipt. Not too convenient. If you can’t do the basics correctly I’m not coming back to your store. Drive on to the next town!

It's a convenience store so not very exciting. In addition, it is Kwik Shop so the gas may be ove... Never mind. The service was not great.

I would leave a zero star or negative star if I could. I just had the rudest encounter with a woman in this place. It was 950pm and we just finished up a game in Buhler. We are heading home and there's no where to eat or use the restroom. We knew this place was there, so that's where we planned to stop, grab a snack and use the restroom. The door was locked, so we thought they were closed. Went to get back in the car and this woman comes and opens the door so we were like great! I go looking at snacks and my husband goes to use the restroom. She apparently didn't see me come in and starts cussing about him only coming in to use the restroom. I changed my mind about getting anything. We used the restroom, which was filthy, and left. Needless to say, we WONT be going back here ever again!

Pump keypads often don’t work, and when they do they are super slow. It almost never works to use my Dillons rewards. Also very dirty and rundown facilities.

One star is generous!! Not so quick!! Need new management!! Always out of something...Lids, Straws, Sugar....List goes on. Credit card machine at the counter never works. Takes 10 min and several swipes before it takes your card. Finally a young newer cashier reported to the upper management yesterday while i was there and he said they will have them replaced. Finally someone handled it. It's been months....you would have thought someone that has been there a while would have done something about it, but they can't even order enough items to get a fountain drink. So frustrating when you are limited on time and this is the only convenient store for miles. Broke down and ordered their chicken for lunch, besides it taking 5 min to pay for it due to the credit card machine, It was horrible, I do not recommend it.... That had to be the driest chicken I have ever ate.....that was a waste of money. Yoder for lunch is definitely worth the drive and it will take you just as long. No impressed with this store at all. Upper management needs to really fix this problem. If there was a gas station near by I would never go back to this Kwik Shop. Never eating lunch there again!!

They changed their hours from 24 hours a day to 5:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m..

Our on way home from watching my daughter cheer in Ellinwood tinight (2.5 hour drive for us one way) she started to have issues with her reactive airway, we stopped in at 10:45 pm and the sweet lady attendant immediately got her a chair and helped us get our nebulizer plugged in so we could give her a breathing treatment. She was very kind and caring even though the store was busy. Her and the other lady who was just getting off made sure we didn't need EMS and then got her a hot drink to soothe her throat. Thank You to the kind soul working tonight.

Closes kitchen early and is very rude. The lady literally hung up on me. No very professional at all. Use to be a respectable establishment. Very disappointing 😔.

Employees taking out trash then serving food with the some gloves!!!! Pizza is always cold and looks like it had been there for days!!! DONT ever eat there!!!! So gross and disgusting!!! employees are very rude and slow!!! Came in to get gas out of pure necessity and two women were smoking what smelled like pot!!! I came into the store to pay for gas and one of the ladies followed me in and reeked!!! Her name was Diana!!! And she appeared to be a boss of some kind!!!

Heard the manager tell the employee to just "brush the black stuff off" of chicken found in the very bottom of the deep fryer and told him to still serve it cuz "it'll taste the same". If you've ever worked fast food you'll know how gross that is.

I am Kansas author Jae Byrd Wells and I approve of this station. it will take a bit for Google maps to update the correct location, but the bright green and red lights from the sign guided me in like a lighthouse beacon. Customer service was excellent, quick and the employee directed me to the exact products I needed. The valuable employee should be commendes for saving me money. I filled up the vehicle in the cold and the effecient pump didn't jump at all!

Amazing customer service. But you have to drive through a land mine of pot holes just to get here. City has the other entrance blocked off forever now. Not worth the wear and tear it causes a vehicle. I will NOT be back

I worked at this location and always took pride in my job. I loved Haven and the people who frequented the store. I truly hope that these claims are slightly exaggerated or untrue. Need to get upper management involved otherwise.

We have been living here in Haven for a few years and sadly the reviews are pretty accurate. The workers are rude. The place is dirty and they have a problem restocking things.

This place is gross.... Does the staff clean this store? Cashier's were extremely rude and acted as If it was an imposition by rolling their eyes and sighing heavily when asking for food from the hot case, the glass was so filthy you could barely see the food inside....

They let their associates scratch their ass and then serve food without gloves. Nothing there should be consumed by humans. It's a disgusting place to eat. They have also been serving expired chicken for the last 3 week's.

Great service, but always dirty, pop machines dont get cleaned, and the slushy machines are always down or not working. Replace or fix those machines!!!!
