We stayed for one night. The room was quiet and comfortable and reasonably priced. Had other arrangements for breakfast so had to miss the one provided by the hotel.Rooms: Very comfortable, clean, and quiet.

CHECK-IN: Friendly and fast check-in. Little convenience store in the lobby area.ROOM: We were given a room on the first floor.The room was nice.A good size, clean, well-laid out.IN-ROOM EXTRAS: Clock/microwave/in-room coffee/mini fridge. One bad thing was I decided to make myself a tea and thee was a used coffee filter in the machine. I have to say though, the coffee that was provided in the room was excellent - it was "Seattle's Best" and probably the best coffee in room that we had all trip...too bad the breakfast room coffee was abysmal.TUB: Very niceBED: 4 pillows per bed; a nice quiet dark and comfy sleep. I was surprised it was so quiet as we were rather close to the BNSF (train) main line and there were 9 trains during the night.BREAKFAST: Poor. There were scrambled eggs but they were very rubbery and had an unpleasant taste. There was also biscuits and gravy/yogurt/bread/bagels/waffles/cereal/oatmeal. The orange juice in the breakfast room was extremely weak. The coffee in the breakfast room was extremely weak.PRICE: on a Thursday in October 2022 (including taxes) for 2 adults, 2 beds: about $110

So Comfortable beds, nicely appointed, well-lit room and bathroom with plenty of plugins for devices/charging, quiet rooms (except for the train horns, which I'm immune to). Hot breakfast consists of make-your-own waffles, cereals, toast, bagels, muffins, juices, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and coffee. If you'd like, they also have a cafe where you can buy different coffees and pastries and more. Conveniently located right off 160 next to Harper which is a nice little town with good options for food and fun.. Thanks!

Nice clean modern quiet room. Friendly staff. Hot breakfast. Next best thing to a Holiday Inn Express. Room wasn't quite ready for us at check-in but staff made it happen so we weren't late getting ready to our event.

Room was very nice and we had a good rest. The trouble started when we went to check in. It took us a 1 hour to check in even though we had reservations and then the rooms weren't ready, they told us to come back in an hour and the room would be ready, wrong, the rooms were not ready until about 7.In the morning we went for breakfast and it was all gone by 8 am.The girl at the front desk when we checked in acted like she was on something.We were in Harper for a shrine party and several of the 300 people attending we staying there and the had the se experience.

In fact this was a pleasant Stay! Emerald and morning gal were just sweet hearts ♥️They kindly helped me check in and out.Room was clean and stocked with (what I’d say is) nicer then average hotel soaps and conditioner. Thank you for the warm welcome!

The rooms are clean and comfortable with microwaves and refrigerators. Staff were friendly but disorganized and in no big rush. I was given a room with an obviously broken ac unit. They apologized and reassigned me another room. Good stay for a facility with no gym, pool, or elevator. We watched the front desk clerk repeatedly microwaving the "hot breakfast" before it went into a crock pot setup. My co-worker and I skipped it and hit a nearby McDonald's drive thru. Considering the options and price range within reasonable driving distance, I would stay here again.

Way too Overpriced for what they have to offer. Feel like they position themselves in a market where they take advantage of the town and weary travelers. Instead they should be offering a quality stay at a reasonable price. They only had a couple cars staying there. You would think it was better to make their product affordable and make it up in volume.

The room is normal standard, but there is literally no service. We have been here for 3 days working on a local farm and not once have they cleaned, changed sheets, taken out the trash, or even given new towels. There is one local lady here and no one working the front desk. You have to call a number. There is no breakfast, they are using the Covid still in a small Kansas town to pinch pennies. But no surprise, this just got bought by the same people buying many motels running it into the ground.

Harper Kansas is a lovely farming community in southern Kansas. To find a hotel in that part of Kansas has traditionally be a challenge. Cobblestone is a nice addition to the more familiar offerings and the staff is definitely top-notch! The kindness they exude upon arrival and their friendliness and willingness to engage in conversation made my visit that much more delightful. A clean and comfortable stay surrounded by good people. :)

Appearance is great, tho sink and toilet has good even pressure, shower has no cold water and to get more pressure water has to be scolding hot. Not good for any age.
