The place feels very understaffed. Ordering food from their kitchen has especially suffered significantly, and lines at the register can get longer than necessary a lot of times. I've never really seen both registers open unless the manager has to step in from the first line getting way longer than it ever should have.They also don't take into account other orders when estimating a time for your over-the-phone order to be completed, so you end up wasting time.Lastly, they have a lot of issues with their gas pumps constantly being out of order. Plenty of times, only half of their pumps are available to use.EDIT October 2021: The gas pumps were finally fixed, although I hear it took someone calling corporate to get it fixed. Nonetheless, I've upgraded this review to 2 stars, up from 1, since all gas pumps are running now.EDIT November 2021: Update regarding the kitchen. We've been ordering the cheesy breadsticks as of late. My mom came home to find hers burnt, turning black, and the cheese was a sloppy job. I ordered cheesy breadsticks the next morning, and it tasted like there was too much garlic salt.EDIT February 2022: The past few visits, the cheesy bread has been much better. It feels as if this issue has been resolved. I'll leave the picture I included as a reminder of what is considered unacceptable, but I'll bring the rating up to 3 stars since the service has been better.

Zero stars is what I’m leaving for this review.Yesterday, Sunday March 12th. I walked into the store I needed to use the restroom and get a few things. The restroom was absolutely disgusting, it could not have been cleaned in the last week.After leaving the bathroom I went to grab a drink out of one of the coolers. Looking around at all of the coolers they were all basically empty. I’ve never been in a gas station that was practically empty for all the drink. I found one and went to get some lunch. I grabbed a cheese burger out of the warmer and I was going to ask for some lettuce on it when I looked back behind the warmer where they prepare the food a worker had her gloves on and was blowing her nose. I will not be returning to this store.

Passing through and stopped here. Lots of pumps and had no issues with fueling. Inside wasn’t great. Bathrooms were frankly quite gross. The stall doors were filthy, and no hooks for a purse. Wouldn’t stop here again if I could help it.

Bathrooms are gross. We went yesterday and the fridges were almost EMPTY! The employees were just standing around talking while they should’ve been taking care of all the issues. The cooks were blowing their nose with gloves on then went back to cooking like it was no big deal.

It was good enough for what I needed. Low on fuel and in need of a "pitstop". Both were taken care of. Definitely a small location and not a lot in the way of selection in the snacks department but it serves the purpose when I needed it. Bathroom could've used a little attention but not horrible, might've just caught it between cleanings.

8:14 pm all coffee machines on clean mode most cappuccino is out 2 pieces of pizza only available and obvious was not fresh as cheese was hard and grease formed on top. Poorly managed store left with nothing.

Gas station has malfunctioning pumps and they have been aware of the problems. Several of the squeegee buckets were bone dry, please refill them and have the pump fixed for everyone, thanks!

Always out of stock something and not very clean few time been in, sticky floors by the soda machines. Cups and straws are barley stocked.The food has been good though.

This Casey's was organized well, as is most Casey's I've visited. The place was clean and easy to access from the main road. The store was well stocked with the items we would expect when a quick visit is needed while traveling.

I have visited this Casey's General Store numerous times over the last several years. The experience there is usually pretty ordinary for a gas station exchange. I typically visit during the day time hours, however, last night I went in for the second time that day (bathroom breaks while traveling), and had the worst experience I've ever had there. To save face I will refrain from using the associates name, but the guy working was far from professional. The hygiene expected from the night time associates must be different considering his hair was past his chin, literally hanging down covering his face and mouth, extremely greasy and literally had lint stuck in it. This is a place that serves "fresh" food, mind you. But not just the lack of hygiene, but the disinterest and ignorance toward the most basic knowledge of gas station clerical duties weren't even met.I went in and prepaid $20. While I rushed off to the restroom my husband pumped the gas. (The restroom at which I had visited approximately 7 hours prior, was still just as filthy as it was when I went in the first time.)I came out and asked the associate if there was any change (knowing there would be as my car is small and won't take a full $20). He blew his greasy hair out of his mouth and said "uhh, I don't think so"... To which I replied "well, can you check please?" (As if I was going to leave him a tip!?) He very slowly moved back to the register and claimed he couldn't look it up (again, basic gas station clerical duty). I said "so if I wanted a reciept for the gas I just put in my car, you couldn't provide that for me?" He then ROLLED HIS EYES, and printed a reciept firmly placing it on the counter and said "the last pumped amount from that pump was $35." At this point I'm questioning the intellegence of this person, in my head. And stated that clearly it couldnt have been $35 considering I literally just paid $20. He just shrugged and said "I can only see what's on my screen".I then marched back out to the pump myself, checked the amount and came back in for my change. He threw my change toward me on the counter and started walking away.I am completely blown away with how this interaction went and the lack of hygiene at this Casyes General Store. I do NOT recommend buying food at this location unless it is pre-packaged elsewhere considering the filth they allow to work there! Its a good spot to stop and use the restroom, but I still highly encourage you bring your own Lysol or cleaner since they clearly aren't doing it.

Hello we are in a pandemic! If I wanted to go inside to pay for fuel and get a receipt I would. This place never fills the receipt paper on the fuel pumps. I travel for work and need those fuel receipts but here you have to go inside to get it. Kind of defeats the purpose of paying at the pump.

Place used to be half decent used to be able to get food their pretty often now the warmers are always empty pizza looks like it's been sitting out since noon place has gone down hill

Pretty poor experience, driving through stopped here to get a sandwich which didn’t happen because the person behind the counter ingnored me for a few minutes and once she “realized” I was there she threw a fit about me needing something. I immediately walked out hungry and mind made up knowing from now on I’ll continue to drive through.

They are friendly and they offer gas and highway diesel and Def and they also can make a pizza or a sub sandwich for you if that is what you want
