I could go on forever! They are also a UPS drop-off, which is so convenient. Everything you need/want in a small town hardware store! And family-friendly service to boot!I LOVE coming here!!

Mr. Troy Smith is very knowledgeable of most, if not all items in his store. He can usually get most automotive and machinery parts that I need within one or two days at a rather reasonable price. Store employees are very kind, welcoming, and respectful. Would recomend for anyone needing automotive, industrial, woodworking, home improvement, plumbing, and electrical parts. The store also has a fastener area, fabrics department, and a small selection of tools to rent.

Troys have nice things on other side of the building... They have a lot of nice things... Washer dryer dishwasher.. Kids toys .. Tools ... Chainsaws... Mowers... It's very neat store! I like going there! Staff of troys true value are very friendly and understanding.. They are one of my good friends! Check that store!😄

Great hometown hardware store. They come close to having a little of everything. Appliances, paint, power equipment (chainsaws, blowers, trimmers, edgers, lawn mowers) equipment rental, general hardware etc. Even has auto parts, home decor, gifts & sewing notions. Got some keys made. Prompt courteous service.

I'll probably never go to Home Depot or Lowe's again. This store has everything. I stopped in because I needed some special washers and gaskets for a frost proof faucet that was leaking really bad. Troy fixed me right up in less than five minutes. Love it!

What you see is what you get. It's a really good hardware store. The building appears to have been the old Halstead Bank. Overall it's a great place with great historical value.
