This is getting out of control. I've tried 3 times to come and get food here and EVERY SINGLE TIME, they mess it up in some way. This time, I asked for a #17 which had roast beef, garlic aoli, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and 2X provolone cheese. I asked for it made the way it was on the card and to add avocado and they didn't out any veggies on it whatsoever. I was beyond angry. I'm tired of this place. It just needs to be shut down at this point if no one is going to do the sandwiches right.

The ft long steak egg and cheese is 6.99. 1st the lady only wanted to put 2 eggs on each ft long. I asked why and she fixed it. Then the dork manager comes out to ring me up and charges me 6.99 + 2 because I wanted a bowl instead of bread and 3 extra because I got 4 eggs. Since I got 2 bowls my total was 26 bucks. I don't where this kid went to school but that's ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars I would.

If I could give more, a lot more stars, I would!!!! It happened that I’m a truck driver and always carry home made food. Today for some reason, I guess I like their bread and of course everything they put inside whenever me and my buy at home, that I wanted to have a bread and walked in to see if they would sell me a single, plain bread for my lunch on this time. The young lady asked her manager to see if they would sell just the bread, they did!!! But she wouldn’t charge me for it!!! She said, “you can have it”, she even asked me, “how many do I wanted”. God bless their families and business. I have learned there’s nothing for free in America, only Salvation through Jesus Christ. One more time, God bless them. I will stop on my next trip and first God my wife will have to forgive me for not eating that lunch but will have to buy here too. Blessings.

My sandwich was good actually. What was disappointing were the two young men working. Didn't greet anyone, were in a booth eating then got up to fix sandwiches without washing their hands, an online order came in to pickup and wasn't thanked or acknowledged. This was Sept 1, 2022

Subway is one of my favorite restaurants in town. They have great service and still welcome you with kind arms even when you move on for the better. Everyone is treated like family. Also a big congratulations to Amanda for being a great manager and becoming who she is.

I have never been in a subway where the persons apron was so gross looking, the preparation line table top was filled with food scraps and not clean. She said she over proofed the bread so they were out of wheat. The bread we had gotten the texture was off. My sons meatball sub wasn't the best tasting. Surprised we hadn't gotten sick. I'll be weary of going here again.

Worst subeay ive been to. Unfortunately. All of the employees were very pleasant. I have called ahead once to see what time they close so I could drive 23 miles there just for that and they said they close at 8 and we get there at 705 and they were gone. This time i called ahead, wanted the sanswhiches done before we got there and it took over 11mins to order 4 sandwhiches. The kid kept repeating our order and was soooo slow writing it took 5 mins to order just the first one. It was the most painful phone call ive ever been on. I asked for turkey and he kept asking turkey with ham? Just things like that. We get there and grab them to go and leave and every one of them were wrong 🤦 not a good experience, and not the first time. Ive never seen an actual adult in there any time ive been.

I don't know what has changed here but there was a time that it was so dirty, I wouldn't let my family eat here. Now it is clean and most of the workers are super friendly. Hopefully they continue on this upward trajectory!

Only one of 2 employees working. The girl did all the work and the guy just looked at his phone. He said they were shorthanded, but the only thing he did was take our money. Most Subway we go to 2 people work the line to keep it moving faster.

Stopped by after a church service to get some subs for lunch. We were greated right away with smiling faces. The veggies and meats were all fresh. The employees were also able to answer any questions we had. A+ experience

Best management and customer service in Greensburg, Had an issue and Angelique was quick to take care of it and even gave me a $5 gift card from my trouble, after repeatedly telling her it wasn't necessary! I have not had this good of customer service since leaving Kansas City. She genuinely wanted to help and make sure I was satisfied. In a community where there is only 4 restaurants and most of the time they act like they are doing you a favor just by being here. I REALLY appreciated her attitude and kindness. She deserves a BEST MANAGER Award!

There's always a surprise when you order from this subway. From using expired meats to getting your order wrong, they won't disappoint to disappoint you. Using the app is also a good way to give subway your money for nothing, because you will pay for a sandwich to be made but they wont make it. In the past five times I've ordered food from here online, during a pandemic, they have not once gotten an order correct if they make it at all. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

There was 1 blonde girl that was working the front. She didnt get upset or nervous but she turned out all those sandwiches in record time. She is a valuable worker and very polite. She was running the cash register too. High praise for her

This was the worst subway sandwich we have ever had! We had a steak and cheese footlong. The Italian herb cheese bread was very old. They refused to heat the meat up. There was barely any meat on it. They did not have hardly any choices on bread, veggies or sauce. Will not go back to this subway or any subway for quite awhile.

The employees weren't wearing masks properly, breathing all over the food while COVID cases go up. Pretty sure if you're gonna be serving food you should put safety first. Didn't even end up eating and left.

I enjoyed a nice pit stop on a very long and boring drive. This subway has provided me with good service in the past, but on this occasion my sandwich basically was falling out of the bread and the woman did not offer to remake it. Instead, she laughed it off and put it in a basket. I hope this is an isolated incident because I do travel through this area quite a bit and tend to stop at this subway for a healthier option.

Walked up to the counter and got a look like, "what the hell do you want, " then when I said I needed 2 sandwiches, she went and got someone else to help me. Then sandwiches were cold even after toasting, over sauced even though I said to stop. Very unhappy with this subway. One of the worst I've been to, and I love subway.

Closed early even though signs says 8PM girls working even lied about oven not working so I couldn't get my sub toasted but microwaved. They just wanted us out. Bad for business came into store at 7:45pm 1/19/2020. They even turned 2 other truck drivers down and lied saying they were closed.

Love the app! Makes quick ordering and pickup a breeze whether I'm at work or figuring out dinner while juggling kids at home. Sometimes orders on the app don't end up 100% accurate, but any time I've brought my sandwich in they've replaced it with the correct order.

Drove 20 miles out of our way to get to subway before their posted closing time. Got there with 30 minutes to spare, only to find out they close at 9pm and not 10pm. The staff informed us they were on summer hours. Thing is, it's late September. And a ballgame night. They also said don't worry, lots of people come in and have the same complaint.

I get a Butcher's Best pizza from the Mama Deluca's portion of Subway every week. The pizzas come fast, well topped, and fully cooked. The help is always friendly.

Bad service. Ordered online and got there 15 minutes later and they hadn’t even started it. I got a turkey sub and guess what. Dude didn’t even put turkey on it. Like what. Who forgets to put turkey on a turkey sandwich. Come on dude. -8/10

For the 2nd time going there the employees were in the back on their phones. Once they seen us they still stayed in the back on their phones. The employee from the gas stations had to grab their attention. Non apologetic!!! SORRY I DISTURED THEM.....
