Great sub made, and the guy Jonathan was super busy. He was working alone and running super sweet apologizing for wait and all. Great employee that is dedicated and can tell. That's is hard to find. The sub was amazing, the inside was clean. This subway even has huge driverthru, and Jonathan was handing those as well as his line inside.

Stephanie O. was the only one working both days I went in. She was fast and friendly. There was a baseball tournament nearby and it was very busy. Thankfully customers were not rude, and they could see she was doing her best work. The second day she looked up and remembered me from the day before. Wow! Subway should give this employee a raise and move her to a management position! Thank you Stephanie!

We’ll call this a sandwich of disappointment.Open for an hour, but only have flatbread.That flatbread, is chewy and rock hard in some spots.It’s breakfast, but have no eggs.You ask for a little bit of sauce, but it gets smothered.You ask for a little bit of salt and pepper, but it covered to the point it’s nearly inedible.When you walk in and they sigh and roll their eyes.

Currently waiting in line with six people behind me, yet the two female workers are taking slower than their sweet time. Also the big girl needs a hairnet because I’m sure she got some dandruff in the sandwich and I’m throwing it away at this point.

If zero stars were an option, I'd choose that. I've been there 4 times and each time they have messed up my order. The first time I ordered a deluxe foot long roast beef sandwich which is supposed to come with 50% more roast beef but they left off the extra meat. The total came to $18.42 so I gave them $20.02. They gave me $1.39 in change which was incorrect but wasn't a big deal. I just didn't want the pennies so I told them the change should be $1.60. The next two times I ordered the same thing and they left off the extra meat both times. The last time I ordered the same foot long deluxe roast beef sandwich but got ham and it was missing most of the veggies. The are great at charging you for the deluxe sandwich but never include the extra meat. Worst managed Subway I've ever been to and won't be going back.

I hate to be that person but the store in Goddard, KS is just terrible. I’ve used the drive thru several times and each time my wait is well over 30 minutes. So I don’t think I’ll be coming back. In fact, I’ve been sitting here for 37 minutes and still waiting. The kid behind the counter is literally taking orders as people are walking in while I’ve been out here waiting. Finally, some lady comes from nowhere and is working on an order, which is hopefully mine. If I hadn’t of already paid I would’ve left a long time ago. This is so ridiculous. They need better management or training. The kid just laughed and said, “I’ll try to get that out to you as fast as I can...” 😡

We waited in the drive thru line for 50 minutes!!! And they did not even apologize. They were more worried about serving the 3 customers inside than anyone outside. They didn't offer any coupons or compensation. A drive thru should NEVER take 50 minutes. I would give zero stars if I could. Our order was 2 six inches and a kids meal. It should not take this long.

I'm very disappointed with my experience here. It's been about 6-8 months since I've visited a Subway. It's been awhile because I started to realize that it was costing me just as much as a sit down restaurant. I finally decided that I would give it another shot and visited the location in Goddard. I decided to go through the drive through, as I needed to get to an event. I pulled up and placed my order on their digital order machine. Pulled up.. Instead of being greeted, I was told "did you press the pay at the window option?". To which my reply was, "I believe so".. She then advised me that I needed to back up and press the pay at the window option. I was frustrated by this, but at least no one was behind me in line. As I back up in the awkward drive, I make it to the digital machine to see that I would have to replace my whole order. At this point, I pull back to the window to let them know. As they look over at me, they ignore me. I just pulled away. I guess I'll give it another try in a couple months.

Typically not an issue. Inside service is pretty quick. Happen to be the only one in the drive thru so it went quick... Up until I was told they were out of TUNA???? Seriously. They did try to make it up to us by offering a replacement sandwich tho.

I don't like to post a bad review, but I hope the management sees this. One employee is not enough. I waited 30 min for 3 sandwiches didn't get one of the bags of chips, and they were out of cookies. I felt sad for the on woman trying her hardest to keep up with drive thru orders and walk-ins and I felt hangry. This is the 2nd time I've visited this restaurant and the 1st time was about the same.

I ordered my sandwiches online. When I went inside I was not even acknowledged by the teenage girls working the counter. They were too busy gossiping about others. They were also wearing their masks inappropriately. They were pulling them down in order to talk and gossip while making my food! Not ok! This is the second time this situation has happened at this location This subway needs some serious training around customer service.

Absolutely nasty and disappointing. I got a sandwich from here and it was completely wrong I didn't get a veggie one on my order nor my daughters though we applied several different ones. We got cold meat smothered in mayo. Everything on my sandwich tasted old. And this what I get after working a 12 driving home an hour only to get this...worst experience at a subway....EVER

Visited on 10/3.Gross/ tables were dirty. This is unacceptable at 11AM. Food looked not so fresh. My lettuce was slimy. Bread wasn't fresh... rubbery.Very disappointed. 😬

The yelled at me THE HOUSE!!!!! And they only had wheat bread… like boi. There was a gang of rats singing to us while we ate (the only reason they get two stars)…highly recommend the rat band.

Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes without being helped. Eye contact made and one of the ladies came to grab something next to the drive thru window but didn't even open to ask or take my order. The ordering board outside was down and said to pull around.

745 at night and not a vegetable in the place and the young man said there wasn’t any vegetables to be had so if I want a vegetable on my sandwich that was all they had and I couldn’t have it

If I could give no stars I would. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times because the employees were talking to each other. The older lady rolled her eyes when we had to tell her we wanted the sandwich toasted after repeating ourselves three times. When we went to sit down, every single table was covered in crumbs and yet my boyfriend and I were the only ones there except for one other person. I was almost done with my sandwich when I found a three inch piece of plastic stuck to the bread from who knows what. Ridiculous.

The employees at this Subway are the nicest of any fast food restaurant i've ever been to. I stop by here a few times a month and even though the wait is a little longer than some places the people that work here are all SO nice I don't mind waiting an extra few minutes

Went through drive thru and 2 sandwiches. One was suppose t ok be on white bread and toasted and it was cold and on flat bread. The other one was suppose to be toasted as well but it was cold. Tried to call the store and was just put on hold.
