Great Ace to shop in. Associate was cheerful and greeted us as soon as we walked in the store even though she was busy straightening or stock a shelf. Asked if we wanted help finding what we needed and helped with the decision making. Then walk to the front of the store to complete our transaction. Really pleasant experience.

Has pretty much anything you might need in a pinch! In this case, coaxial cable (manufactured) and connectors! Love that it's so close too!

GREAT small-town ACE hardware. Not a big, full-line store with everything under the sun, but adequately stocked to serve the are.The thing that makes this store stand out is the service. I've been in multiple times and everyone tries to be helpful (even if they're not totally successful - but not every young person knows a lot about hardware, and they try, and they're willing to learn).This ACE exemplifies their motto, "Ace is the place with the helpful hardware [person]."

Great place that exemplifies the "ACE" mantra, they can't carry everything, but they carry what we need in Goddard, nice helpful people, smiles around. The younger team might not know everything about hardware, but they try to be as helpful as they can. Always my first stop. Great Job

Absolutely love this locally owned store and their staff! I always think of this store before the big box stores where they don’t care about you- just your money. Staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help you find what you are needing! Keep up the great work Russ and staff!

They had the concrete paint I needed, it was in sale (even better). Upon opening one of two boxes was opened and ruined. Took it back to exchange, cashier gentleman refused to exchange but did get a full refund. Went to Maize true value hardware, they price matched and we're supper polite!! Truly felt valued as a customer in MAIZE!! Will be going back to MAIZE!

I love coming to my local Ace because it has everything I need in the convenience of the smaller store. I also love as soon as I walk through the door someone is there to greet me hello. It’s much easier to go to your local Ace instead of Home Depot or Lowe’s because It’s much faster and actually have someone there to help me find what I’m looking for.

Russ and his staff are very knowledgeable on their products! We bought a Traeger Smoker/ Grill. Russ brought it to our house set it up showed us everything we needed to know to use it. Was very impressed we go there quite often now. Thanks Russ and staff! 🙂💕

We are very disappointed. We went to get a part for our sink. In front of the store, the sign reads.. 70% plants. Great! We looked at the plants. I chose a mint plant. All the plants were very sad looking. Dying and wilted. But, at 70% off, thought I'd try to get it healthy. That would have made it like .58 cents. After ringing it up, still says 1.99. And the sink part was twice the price of other places. So I said you forgot the 70% off. He said only if rewards member. Then the sign should have said that. And they will be thrown away, because they were all dying.

It's great to see Ace again in Goddard. Great helpful staff and as a typical Ace, they carry a quite a few items that you'd expect. Always the best for screws and other fasteners! Can't wait for them to become a Stihl dealer as well!

When I go into this Ace Hardware the customer service is like no where else I’ve experienced! Everyone is so knowledgeable & definitely knows what customer service is all about! This is my go-to hardware store! If you never have been in here I highly recommend going in here! ❤️

LOVE that Goddard has an Ace Hardware again! We are a small business doing RV & Trailer repair in Goddard and having them on hand helps us tremendously when we need parts. We actually weren't at the Ace, we were at the carwash, but Everytime I've been at Ace they've been helpful and awesome. I needed to get some bolts for a baby crib and they helped me figure out what size I needed in a flash.

Nice family run hardware store that hires students as part time workers. Appreciate their adherence to the mask protocols during the pandemic. It makes the Walmart vs Ace decision much easier in Goddard.

There have been a lot of ace hardware stores in Goddard. They pop up, then disappear when they don't get enough business.While they do have some things you can't get elsewhere, between the stores nearby typically you can find everything you need at a cheaper price.
