I got dog food here since they're the closest store that carries the brand I get. The mouse poop around the pet food area should have been the only warning I needed, but I bought a bag and brought it home and there are pantry moths in it. Thankfully I don't store the dog food near the kitchen, otherwise I'd have a full blown infestation. I'll keep buying my dog food elsewhere.

Now Bomgars, since the conversion to Bomgars, they don't seem to be as farm related shopping as orscheln was. They appear to be converting to be more like a small version of Menards. Pricing has gone way up, but it could just be the times. But it seems this all happened right at the time of the conversion from Orsheln to Bomgars. The staff is great here they are very helpful and friendly.

Well stocked "farm store" with very friendly and helpful associates. Everyone who has helped me in this store has known their stock very well, even if they don't necessarily know what all the parts/pieces are used for (there are some younger associates that just don't have "world experience").Prices are reasonable and if there's something they don't have, they're more than willing to get it or help you find it.

Always a great store to go to even if you have nothing better to do and not a dime to your name they have all kinds of things to look at especially love going around Christmas time. The employees are always very nice very knowledgeable and always able to help. They have a clothes section and I have been able to get some rather expensive jeans, shirts and hoodies marked down up to 75% off. I really do like this store a lot and it has a humongous dog toy section and they also have a lot of the toys marked down on one of the back aisles I love love love love the dog section.

Cashier upset my wife on the 18th had my wife crying. This was 30 min till closing the cashier just stood there and laughed about it. Then another employee got snotty and told us to have a good day. NOT HAPPY WAS TREATED LIKE IT WAS NO BIG DEAL TO THE EMPLOYEES !!!!!!!!!!!!

Good place to shop for any kind of ranching or farming. They also have a lot of work wear, dress, and casual clothes, and the employees are very polite.

They have a lot of different things here, and the most notable for me are the pet foods. This is the only place I've found so far with quality rabbit food at a reasonable price! They also have food for other kinds of pets and animals, and a wonderful selection of small animal cages, farm supplies, and some tools.

Usually don’t have a problem with paying for a bag of dog food over the phone and picking up but tonight I proceeded to get fifty questions on why I needed to do that. I have an infant in the car and prefer not to lug her car seat through the store while grabbing a 30 lb bag of dog food. I’ll just order it through petco where they deliver since it’s too much for an employee to meet me at the front door with it

Let's see. I have had many frustrating experiences at this location. One time I went in with my children, we all know how hectic little kids can be, after finally getting all the feed we needed we went to check out. Then I was informed that they were only accepting checks or cash. I completely understand that this happens from time to time, but, I also know a good manager makes sure to inform their customers at the door, not after they have been in the store for 20 minutes! It's not like we were quiet, and I passed a couple of employees. Their could have been a note on the door, someone posted at the door to personally let the customers know, or even one out of the couple employees stop to make sure I was informed and was NOT wasting my time.My biggest issue with this store is how inconsistent they are with stocking their chicken feed. During the few months that they sell chicks, it is usually in stock. BUT, the other 9-10 months out of the year they are usually out of one of the three different chicken feeds I need. To me this seems like a manager problem. If the feed is gone by the time your next shipment comes in, you need to order more next time. It's not rocket science. I have tried to nicely and personally suggest that they order more. An employee checked for me the next time a shipment would come, and they informed me that it was only 4 bags. 4 bags. 4 bags of let's say meat bird feed. Some people raise enough meat chickens that they go through 4 in a week! And that's all they ordered for the week when they have many customers. I really hope I am not the only one who seems to be annoyed with this location. And the thing is, these are easy fixes. So maybe now It will be fixed.

An interesting place with lots of store items I never knew Orscheln sold such as clothes and food. Many of the food items were expired and covered and dust, though I would expect that as I imagine few people go there for food.

Don't carry friskies wet can cat food buy the case. Don't carry purina one indoor dry cat food. Staff wasn't very friendly and nobody to ask about anything.

Great selection. Only problem, is they need a supervisor, on evenings, to keep high school crew from just standing around. Asked where to find the on-sale smoker pellets and was told "over there somewhere".

I am glad these guys are in Goddard and shop therre often. I just wish it was easier to find things in the store. I am forever looking for someone to point me in the correct direction. Fortunately they seem to stay adequately staffed and finding that help is not too bad.

The store was not busy and appeared to have adequate staff. But the store was dirty, floors did not seemed to be swept in a while, some tags, papers, ect on floor. One associate on their phone looked up as I walked by. Cashier was just ok said about as little as possible.
