Service was good, but food was very disappointing.I order an ultimate meat and cheese burrito, and it was literally the length of 3 tator-tots!It also had 3 hard pieces of bacon, and maybe 6 to 8 tiny pieces of sausage in it.If this is an ultimate burrito, if hate to see what the Jr. burritos look like. 🧐🤔

We were driving through Girard, KS & needed something to eat. It looked like our choice was Subway or Sonic. I wanted something warm to eat..for no warmer than the food was I might as well went to Subway.I ordered a large fry, got half a large container & was to cold to eat. I ordered a hamburger the menu says it's $3.59, but I was charged $5.49. When I inquired about the price discrepancy, the manager said their prices went up but aren't reflected on their boards yet! I told her the cheeseburger was $5.49 & she said they are the same price, they don't charge extra for the cheese.Well, Sonic, you need to change your prices on your menu boards to match what you're charging. Make sure your food is up to temp & train your managers to be courteous to the customers. After all, we are what keeps your business going

I looked up 20 minutes before getting there and I think you guys need to change your hours on the website because it says your open until twelve and I got there at 11:05 and they asked me what I would like and when I started to order they cut me off and said it's 11 and we are closed and shut the lights off and I call 5 minutes after that and you guys answer. If your closed why are you answering and asking how can I help you? You need to change the website because I wouldn't have wasted my gas if it said you closed at 11! The women name was Laure. She was really rude and she shouldn't have cut me off when I was talking and been rude..

Worst sevice ever...every order i make they get something wrong 100% of the time...whether i order at the drive up or the online app....it gets irritating....they ask you if they got your order rite and verify it on the screen...still shows up the wrong food or missing food. Wrong drinks, ect...i know they are busy, but have to do "or try to do" better...ordered cherry limeade ( no limes no cherry in it). Did i miss something here????

Order was fast, too fast. Popcorn chicken wasn't hot. Pretty disappointed I can't get fresh made to order food for the prices they charge. I will have to heat them up in the microwave just so they are as hot as my coffee.

I hop from town to town because of work and occasionally get them mixed up (I'm sorry) and I couldn't remember if this was the good sonic or the terrible one. Then a weird uncontrollable joy came over me realizing it was the good one. It's not a good one, it's the best Sonic I've been too! Chilidog wasn't sideways like I've received it at other sonics lol it looked better than the picture and tasted the way you think a sonic chili dog should taste. Service was again super nice and quick to get the order out for how busy they were. Give these kids raises, they deserve it! Also bring cash, you can't tip if you pay with a card.

I am from Topeka. Leaving to go back to Topeka MondayEvery time I get food from Girard Sonic it is wrong. Ordered No 1 with mayo instead of mustard come with a dab of mayo about size of quarter and didn't have lettuce/onion/pickle/tomato really dry sandwich. Also ordered lemonade with extra ice. There was only about inch of ice. Very disappointed.

Today I ordered a quarter lb cheeseburger plain, fries and a corn dog. The cheeseburger was not plain and tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer along with the fries for an hr or more. Usually my orders are satisfactory ,but today I was disappointed at the quality of product.

I just got the worst fish sandwich I have ever had. Drove to sonic ordered it, tastes like it was cooked days ago. Way over cooked super tough and cold. Tators tots cold also. So disappointing.

Food was great! But they forgot a medium tot and all of the sauce I asked for with the order. Everything else was great but it just sucks getting home and finding out things are missing. My fault for not checking but I didn't wanna sit there for another 10 mins going through the bags. This seems to be a common thing that happens at every sonic I go to.

We ordered 2 Combo Meals with drinks easy ice. (2 burgers, 2 onion rings and 2 drinks). Received order Cups full ice, with 1 salt packet, 1 ketchup packet, 1 napkin, 1 mint. I asked carhop for more napkins and ketchup, please! She stared at me for 3 seconds... with a look like that she couldn't process in her mind of why we would want more. Ridiculous 🙄

Only one very slow employee. Piled tons of mayo and mustard on our sandwiches. Took 20 mins to make four simple sandwiches. Did not taste good and kids choc milk was sour.

Over cooked chicken strips-the meal was supposed to come with fries but we didn't get any. Was in a hurry-so didnt take the time to ask why. Plus side was we got the food quick ;)

One of the very few places to eat around this area! Never had any complaints about them! The food is usually good, the ice cream is the best in this town. It's a normal Sonic, nothing spectacular.

My husband and I love this Sonic. The customer service is top notch and the food is great. Our only wish is that you carried hatch green chili! The Sonics back home in NM and AZ offer hatch green chili and it’s delicious when added to a cheeseburger. 🤗

Not really impressed with how they advertise. They advertise on Tuesdays, its half price hamburgers, and a week ago I ordered a hickory cheeseburger, and they said I couldn't have that one half price that only the number 1s were half priced.well why dont they say that in their advertisements then. They then still tried charging me full price though.

I would not give them a rateing because of the horrible workers and horrible business. Just went there to get two drink and 4 pretzels and my cherry limeade taste horrible and we didn't get any cheese with our pretzels. Who gets pertzels without cheese. You show a picture of pretzels with cheese then you don't give us any. They treat their customers horrible and they need to be replaced. If you don't like your job find a new one. We will not go there anymore. Sadly to say but pittsburg is way better.

I ordered a medium Butterfinger Sonic Blast and when it was brought out, it was only 2/3 full. I asked the carhop if she could have it filled up like I paid for. She took it back in and they refused to fill it up completely so I requested my money back which the carhop gladly gave me and then apologized for her management. Totally pathetic that she had to apologize for her boss!

They didn't finish taking my order before getting off the speaker without asking if I was done or reading it back, and then they messed up the food and drinks. They were also rude over the speaker.
