I contacted PCA in my never ending search for Purina Impact Senior for my horses. While PCA was unable to secure the feed for me, the customer service was friendly. When I asked a question the person couldn’t answer, she happily reached out to a colleague for help. While my need couldn’t be met, my positive review reflects the caliber of service.
