I stopped by to have a few links taken off grson Christmas watch. Perfect! So I always admire this ONE particular grandfather clock. It was still there. We left to run errands. Went on home, and in my living room was this same identical, BEAUTIFUL, GRANDFATHER CLOCK! Talk about confusing!John's Jewelry indeed SOLD it to my husband! for my Christmas surprise! I had a watch with gold nuggets, garnets, and diamonds that I no longer wore, for 30 plus years. He was able to make a pair of earrings that are beautiful. The detail to the work was lovely. I trust him as he does all his work on site. Return customer.

Absolutely terrible service so far. We called last Friday and they said they had 1-2 day turn around to size a ring. We promptly brought it in right then, and then they said it would be Tuesday (4 days) afternoon at the latest. We called Wednesday, when we hadn’t heard anything and it still wasn’t done. They said it would hopefully be done that afternoon (day 5). Still no call or communication at all. Now they’re closed today (day 6) with no idea of when we’ll get the ring back. Clearly they have no idea what they’re doing, no idea how to manage time, and 0 customer service. If we ever get the ring back, we’d gladly pay triple their prices just to go somewhere else next time we need something done. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

This is the most detailed orientated jeweler I have every met. He does excellent work he fixes old clocks and watches. And does fantastic repairs on jewelry I highly recommend him if you want quality work.
