I was down picking up someone who had been displaced. They had no clothes or necessities. I stopped in Dollar general to pick him up the basics. They had a 50% off sale on underwear and socks and shirts and no I think the shirts were three for $10. Anyway they had great deals on everything that I went in for. And they were very friendly

Is a little pricier than the Dollar General stores located in the neighboring town. However, this is a very small town and they are the only store like it here. The store is always clean and clutter free. Sometimes it's difficult to understand their % off "colored did" sales, so people often have to ask.

The last few times I've been there, they have no hand sanitizer by the door for customers to use. Only business I've been to lately that is too cheap to furnish sanitizer for the carts and hands. Other than that, I always enjoy shopping there even though it is kind of cluttered at times

Never any problems here, they help me find things when I ask and the service is courteous and with a smile. Digital coupons are a nice feature and I hope to see more discounts like the one I redeemed on my diaper purchase today.

I actually dislike this store very much. Recently moved to Girard so I occasionally have no choice but to go here. The store is always in shambles and there is rarely anyone to help if you are seeking assistance. I highly recommend if you have the time driving to Pittsburgh or Arma to shop their stores instead.

The staff are super nice and go out of their way to help you find what your looking for. The store is clean(which is always a plus) and easy to navigate

OK store. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pretty standard for DG's. Not well cleaned as it's was kinda messy when there. Stock seems to be good.

See my update 7-26-22 . TERRIBLE!! It's a corner market type store. You can get some canned and frozen items and daily household type items. They don't have a wide variety of items, just stuff to hold you over.

Walked in was not greeted or acknowledged until I was at checkout there were no carts and the ones that were in were filled with freight was not happy this time around

Not the cleanest dollar General around, They seem to have a hard time keeping employees, always a new face. But if you are in Girard it's the cheapest place in town.
