We stopped in for a some plumbing repair items and the associates were fantastic. They showed us the area with the items that we needed. Then as we went down the list they filled the basket with what we needed. Outstanding customer service! Highly recommend. They made the shopping experience extremely efficient and friendly.

The gentlemen at the store were incredibly kind and helpful. After helping us load the griddle we bought into our car, one of them ran back in to give us a bag of his homemade cookies. I would definitely recommend coming to this small hidden gem instead of going to Pittsburg.

Always nice to have Ace Hardware in Girard. If I need filters for my heat & air, or lawn grass seed, nails, screws, etc, they have it.

Staff was super nice and helpful even when busy. Have most of what you need but the store is small and cramped. That’s my only complaint. Got to work with what ya got in a small town tho.

The owner and his son act like disgruntled employees at.Walmart. Perhaps they just think poorly of me personally, though i don't.them. The store is well stocked and reasonably priced, but i always feel like i'm annoying them.

This is a 4.5 rating. Nothing really is a 5.0 unless it is well earned. ACE Hardware comes close. Probably one òf The better ACE stores that can be found.Plenty of handicapped access with free parking and access ramps.

As soon as I walked in the front door there was a small child on some sort of scooter that I had to dodge. The employee helped us find what we needed but while we were walking up to the counter to pay, the child was riding his scooter or whatever it was and ran into the back of my foot with it.And then as I was leaving a dog was running around the inside of the store that followed us outside and I had to wait to leave the parking lot because I was afraid I was going to run over the dog.So very unprofessional. Will not visit again.
