Jennifer is very rude. I was admitted into the hospital day before my dogs appointments I tried to call them numerous times and I could hear them pick up the phone but they were not responding to me. I knew they had change location so thought maybe they were having phone issues. I was told by Jennifer that the owners don’t come to that store and she’s sorry for our emergency but they can’t allow us to come back. Even though she’s not a manager she said she has the right to tell a customer that they can no longer come back to any of their stores. No one has ever been rude from that store except for her. Very sad they treat customers that away and not give it a second thought.

Jennifer did a great job with my 15 month old “only one other time” labradoodle who had a previous hard experience due to his inexperienced doodle mommy. Jersey was completely comfortable with Jennifer and she was so good to explain the best cut for his particular fur type and temperament. I’m so thankful and relieved to have found Groom Gallery. Took my Golden doodle here and gave very specific instructions to clean his ears thoroughly express his anal glands and trim feet shorter etc. Paid extra for all. Paid over $100! My husband picked him up and his ears were even trimmed or cleaned. His hair looks like a toddler had a hay day and just clipped randomly. Very patchy and long long patches all over body. Husband took him back and this time she half clipped ears and still did not clean them. We had to take him to another groomer today who said his nails weren’t even touched, his glands weren’t done just like his ears and teeth etc. He said he had such an uneven cut he couldn’t believe it! So Groom gallery charged us for extra services they did not even provide and then we had to pay another groomer just to fix what they did and complete his groom! Don’t go here! This isn’t a fluke either because we had to take him back in the first time and have her fix him and she still never cleaned the ears. I try to give second chances… shame on me for being an idiot. Don’t waste your money

I’ve been using Groom Gallery Gardner for several years and they’ve always been so kind and patient. My pup had a bad experience getting her nails done elsewhere (random holiday squeeze in) and the staff are so patient and kind and are helping get her comfortable again with grooming. Highly recommend.

Would barely touch one of my dogs saying she was aggressive. I’ve never had this problem and she’s almost 4 years old and has been groomed routinely. The other is 6 mos old and looks like a patch work rug! Over $120 was wayyyyy too expensive for the rush and bad haircuts! Don’t recommend!

We love the Groom Gallery! They are great with our Shih Tzu. We take her for full haircuts year round and they always do an amazing job. They also did an amazing job with our Rottweiler/German Shepherd mix when we took her for a bath package and furminator treatment. Her coat was absolutely glowing and they got SO much hair off of her during the de-shedding process. We're very impressed with the ladies at this location and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs grooming services in the Gardner and surrounding areas.

I was able to schedule an appointment to get my cat groomed within a reasonable amount of time. They did great and the groom only took 30 minutes! It’s hard to come by a groomer who grooms cats and actually does a good job. Very happy.

Nice ladies, but I was not very satisfied with my visit. Overall I paid around $110 for a bath, cut, and de-shed for my ~60 lb dog. Normally I would be fine with that price, but even as we were walking to the car I could see clumps of hair falling off of my dog.I got home and brushed him out for maybe a minute total and was able to get two giant piles of fur off of him. I realize I have a puppy who may not be the easiest to work with, but I don’t feel like the result was anywhere near worth the price.

We took our dog to The Groom Gallery in Gardner for the first time. Amanda did a great job on our Pomeranian. It was the best by far over the last year. The lion's mane, pantaloons, tail, and overall length of hair were in perfect symmetry. I am glad we made the change.

We set an appointment a month in advance and call a week prior to make sure and they confirmed our appointment. We show up 10 minutes early and the place is locked. We call and get an answering machine. Leave a message, and no call back. We call again the next day they said "I was just about to call you ". Then they say that we missed our appointment. Wrong . These people are Unprofessional and unreliable, will not go back.
