I had a delicate emergency situation with 2 pups and I emailed on a Sunday and received a response the same morning. They got me scheduled in on the next day, a Monday. I was quoted a price that was competitive and fair and was not charged more than that. My daughters pups were all trimmed up and taken care of in a short amount of time. I can't thank you enough for getting us in so fast! I will be back in a couple months. Before and after pix. Thank you!

I took my English Springer Spaniel to these guys at the Gardner location two times this year. Both times they did everything we asked. My dog has a lot of thick curly hair. They were wonderful. They do cuts for my daughter’s Springer also and they are very pleased also. I highly recommend them. I have attached before and after pictures.

We inherited a dog from a family member this summer. Rocky Joe had usually gone to a groomer and needed grooming rather badly but Rocky’s owner was too ill to take care of it the last months she had him. We had never taken a dog to a groomer before and were a bit anxious about it. It was great to have Pups n Suds take care of the process without a hitch. We had them give Rocky the full treatment and the cost with tip was more than reasonable. Best of all Rocky is comfortable and happy. A fine experience all around. And Pups n Suds is a local business which is win win as we get convenience and a chance to support the community as well.

I took my standard poodle in for a very basic haircut. They told me they understood what I was asking for and that they could do it. When I came back to pick him up they said they couldn't do what I had asked. They did very little to his fur at all and still charged me $65. I do not recommend going there. They definitely over charged me for doing the bare minimum to my dog.

I have tried around 10 groomers in the area looking for the right one for my Shih Tzu and have had issues with all of them. Some shaved him almost bald after I has requested to keep his hair long (which I understand when he is matted, but I have had this happen on days that his hair was in perfect condition), some wouldn't give me an estimate on when he'd be done and sometimes kept him 6+ hours, and some left him feeling absolutely terrified! So I am so glad I found Pups-N-Suds! They are so friendly, treat my dog great, and they do such a good job on his hair! He always leaves happy, smelling great, and all fluffy with the cutest little rounded feet. Highly recommend!!

My dog hates all things grooming, but the staff here are super nice and understanding. They literally helped me get my 60 lbs dog theough the door and two of them helped me clip his claws. Mo Mo isn't happy about it but he is a groomed boy. I've also used their self serve dog wash before and it is so much easier than washing a combative dog at home.I absolutely recommend this place to anyone with a dog or cat.

We have taken our Shihpoo to this groomer twice and they have done a fantastic job both times. I have loved how he has looked both times and they have done exactly what we asked for as well. They do a great job here and take amazing care of your pup while they are there. It’s also very reasonably priced.

I had a very bad experience at pups &suds and after some email exchanges the owner Kim made it right with me. Sometimes people are having a bad day and just need time to process what had happened. I appreciate a business owner that understands and makes sure to make it right with the customer. I have deleted my original review because I hope that this was a very isolated incident. I am pleased with the outcome and my pups are happy too!!!Thank you Kim and I hope your days get better soon.D

Please don’t take you pet to them. Way over priced. Up charged me by 32.00. My pet should have been around 50 they charged me 82.00. I have never paid that much to get my 11 lbs mute groomed. They also nicked her several places not happy at all. I was looking for a new groomer, my regular groomer moved out of town but I will not ever be going there again. I used to take my other little dog there to get her nail trimmed but they have lost all my business with today trip. Very disappointed all around. Not to mention how dirty the place is.

I did the self serviced pet bath and it was great. They provide towels, a variety of shampoo/conditioner and deodorizing spray but I still got to wash my dog myself which is very nice for my nervous dog.

Super easy to work with for scheduling (our dogs are on a every 3 week visit for pad trim and nails) They also have self service wash stations or a full menu of services they provide for drop off service.Super good with the doggos! We've been using them for over a year now and we have zero complaints.

I need to update my review. Initially I was very pleased with my doggos cuts, they appeared to be super cute. Upon the next few days I noticed discrepancies, such as cuts and mats that weren’t groomed out. I also notice them scratching a bit more following their grooming appointment, at first thought maybe they were just irritated. I bought an oatmeal shampoo and while shampooing them I found a few fleas on my dogs. I don’t want to say with certainty that they came from there but as far as I was aware they hadn’t had them before. I found out they have a lot of turn over with groomers, I’m super disappointed because I wanted to support a small business but I will have to say I will not be returning. I do know they have a few new groomers, so I’d like to cut them some slack but the cuts I found on my dogs, I didn’t like at all and feel that shouldn’t be happening.

I take my Stewy there once a month, we love it. Allison does a remarkable job with him and always accommodates us when my schedule is crazy and I have to switch things around. The prices are reasonable and the service is great.

Decided to try a new place and I am so happy I did! The girls there are amazing and very nice! They took my very hairy and matted dog and made her look like a new pup. And handled my bigger pup with so much love. I highly recommend this groomer and will for sure take my dogs back.

I went in today to do the self bathe on two of my dogs. The tub was dirty even though the girl said she washed it out, it had hair all over the walls and the walls were dirty. The floor had so much hair on it, there were huge balls of hair in the floor that started flying in the sir when I started the dryer and it got even worse when one of the girls started drying another wet dog that had been sitting in another tub while I bathed my dog. There was so much dog hair in the air I had to leave with my dog still half wet and did not give my second dog a bath. I left covered in other dogs hair all over my clothing and in my hair. I understand there will be hair but doing a little light house keeping on the floors definitely needs to be done frequently to prevent the gross accumulation of hair that was on the floor today. This place is dirty and disgusting!!!! If the staff doesn’t care enough to keep the facility clean, you have to wonder how they treat the pups they bathe. I will NEVER go there again.

The service and availability of services is our favorite for bathing our dog. She smelled great for days after her spa treatment. They have a great a la carte service as well. We needed to get our doggie's nails trimmed and they had it done within minutes. We love bringing our dog here and she loves to come and be pampered.

This place is great, always nice employees and they are great with all the animals. We take our dog here to get her nails trimmed and have never had a problem. We don't even have to set up an appointment just walk in and 5 minutes later walk out.

staff was friendly, but i don’t recommend this place! if you have hearing problems and/or claustrophobia, it’s hell on earth! it’s very cluttered, steamy, loud and hectic inside. was disappointed in my dogs cut, was way too short and very choppy/messy.

My baby HATES baths, nail trims, and ear cleanings....but everyone did amazing with him and he is the happiest guy in town. Super friendly staff and they work very well! He even came home with a cute bandana.

Took dog in for hair trim wash and nails clipped called 30 minutes later they had shaved the dog cut her with the clippers several times and didn’t feel comfortable enough to finish what they screwed up wanted me to bring her back next day for another person to finish left simple instructions trim dogs hair wash her and trim her nails repeated instruction when dropping her off What happened to customer service If they can’t fallow customers wishes they should of not taken to job decided on there own to shave the dog claimed she has a matted coat and it had to be done which I know is not true Since when does someone you hire decide what you get my advice find someone else to trim your animals hair Contacted lawyer BBB and posting story on social media worst groomer I’ve ever been to RUN AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS
