Whenever my guinea pig needed something, it was convenient as they were in town and the store itself was stocked. Ever since they changed locations in town, it seems quite bare. I’ve been in 3 times since they moved locations and they are out of a lot of stuff. When I first went, it was shortly after they moved so I thought maybe they were still moving things and getting things set up. But it’s still bare and lacking of product so I have to go out of town to get supplies for my guinea pig. I did take a look around the store and it’s not just guinea pig supplies. It’s pretty much the whole place that is lacking in product.

My dogs were groomed today and they look so cute, smell good and the staff was very nice. I am sure grooming three dogs, one being a little wild is not easy but again, they did great! I recently switched from another grooming place, was very nervous but they were amazing, so kind and gentle with my doggos. The little scarfs were just too cute!

Love this place!The ladies here take such great care of my two dogs!I have tried a few local places for grooming and this is by far the best and reasonably priced.Very clean facility too!

4.5 only because I can't get my pinkies here 😜 I'd rather my business stay local but I'll travel to Olathe once a month no biggie. Great choice on changing worm vender....my beardie was so pleased with the last batch I got. ❤

Has great potential but lacking in supply severely! Moved to Gardner and was excited for a pet store and wanted to support local businesses. They had our litter and even switched my cats to a food they had but they are constantly out of stock of them. After they moved locations, I was hopeful they got it together but sadly nothing has improved!

Took our senior doggo here for nail trim. The groomer is excellent. Patient and very sweet with our old girl. The rest of the staff are also very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Would be a good place to buy pet supplies but they're shelves were bare. And not so good customer service when asking questions. No one new prices for dog food without looking it up. Overpriced feed store

Excellent service. The front staff and the grooming staff are terrific. They always know our dogs name and are so welcoming to us and her.When calling to schedule a grooming appointment I just say her name and they automatically know who we are.Great business to have and support here in Gardner.

We love this place! We use them for grooming and they always have last minute weekend availability and are very quick. You can find all the highest quality pet stuff here and the staff is super helpful. Love having this place in the neighborhood only wish it was bigger so we had even more to look at!

I walked in during normal business hours and was greeted by someone who told me that they were CLOSED.I was very confused and asked when would be a better time to come back and the employee told me that they actually WERE open, but that he was too busy for me to be there because he had a truck to unload...?He ended up telling me to go get what I wanted if I was quick about it. I did but u should have left!After I got home and was balancing my account I noticed they charged me $99 for just 3 items!! I checked the prices and I had about $40 worth of merchandise. I was going to return the items but then realized he never put my receipt in the bag. 😒I would say don't waste your time! They are rude, a rip off and definitely NOT worth your time or money. I will not be going back.

We just moved to the area, and finding new places to trust with ourselves and our family members (ie our dog). I was so impressed with the grooming services at Gardner Pet Supply. Took our GSD mix in for a basic bath and deshed, and she came out looking like a new pup! My sweet gal is pretty anxious, but they handled her with ease and reassured me about all my concerns for her. Will definitely use them again in future! I cannot believe how soft she is. She’s so proud of how pretty she looks!

Today I got to see why this pet store was all about. I'll tell you this much I don't usually do rating however, I felt like this store deserved one. The lady that owns this store was very nice and very knowledgeable. I felt that most things are responsibly priced too. They also had a ton of cool dog chews and toys thats I haven't seen anywhere. I would recommend stopping at this place and checking it out if you have a pet. I'm glad I found this small business to support I will definitely be back.

Great prices and amazingly friendly people. We got our dogs glands expressed, it was very cheap, don't very quickly, and the lady was so good at explaining the process and how painless it was. I'm going to be taking all my dogs there for grooming needs.

Amazing! The women that helped me really cared for what she did and made sure that I got everything that I needed for my sick fish and to remodel his tank. They also have 2 very cute cats all vaccinated and fixed ready to be adopted for less then 200 each. That is amazing and that's why I always trust Gardner pet supply for all of my pet supply needs.

Very poor experience ordering from this store online. I needed my item rather urgently, their store says it ships in 2 or 3 days, but I paid for 2 day shipping.4 days pass the item hasn't shipped, I emailed customer service, received no response for a few days, I ended up emailing 4 times over an 8 day period and got no response. I finally called the store and was told there was a discrepancy between the item number and the item I ordered whatever that means and it was shipped out but not for another 2 days after that call.Had I not called I don't think the item would have ever shipped yet they were going to gladly keep my money and not even bother to reach out and tell me their was a problem. The communication with their customers is ridiculously bad.They also sent a glass UVB light bulb in a plastic envelope with only a thin layer of bubble wrap to protect it. Thankfully it wasn't broken.Good prices but would NOT recommend if you're expecting fast shipping or responses to your emails.

Pets Go Here is a great pet store, they hold a large variety of items and the employees were very helpful and let us know that if we needed anything they didn't have available they would order some in. They were very friendly and honest and hold high standards for pet care with their products! Its wonderful to have a pet store within such a short distance to our house that cares so much about customer and pet satisfaction. We have had nothing but great experiences every time we've gone there.

This was a great place. The owner spoiled my dog with a couple of treats, and let her try on the costume before purchasing it.I found this business through Amazon while searching for costumes. Since the store is in the area, I visited the physical rather then ordering online.

One of the ladies had a nasty attitude and said she can’t finish grooming our dog because of his matting and left us half groomed dog. We went home and finished the rest by ourselves. We even paid for the service. Not acceptable. Not coming back.

It's a small store but has quite the selection of items. I found a BIG bag of grain free dog food (44lbs). I haven't been able to find anything that size ANYwhere. There's also cat trees, cat/dog toys, crates, treats, fish tank accessories. And if you need crickets for the reptile in the family, they have those too. The woman there was very knowledgeable of what was in the store and what was the dog food i was looking at.

Spent the morning washing my 3 crazy dogs. This place is a godsend! They have everything you need to wash your dog, I got great information on dog food, and even picked up new collars for them. The staff is AMAZING. I would give this place 100 stars of I could!

I visited for the first time last night, and was very impressed by this store. Very clean, very well organized, and great products. The staff was eager to help as well.I hope that they might continue to expand on some of their small mammal options for foods and treats, but will continue to visit none the less.
